I have done everything Ai and this app suggest to pair the app with the smartwatch it has not worked
Displays kJ but labels is kcal making the number 4.1 times too high. (Australia)
Bad synchronization with device
very limited dials/faces for weather, at most in some of them say the temp, but it should have more options for those who like to keep an eye on the weather constantly (drone operators, hikers, airports,etc). To include options for weather forecast, temp, and wind speed & direction. Other smartwatches have them, so it is possible.
nothing works and after logging out nothing about the password reset works. it's so frustrating

o kay, but can't get to things when I first set it up through the watch.
I can't get the app to pair the watch and gp9p together to receive sms or calls.

Basic, nothing special...needs developpement. Cannot remove/change the activities on the watch. no support service either

i can't download this app on my phone
worked and connected to my phone just fine and then stopped connecting. tried everything it says to do...turn off, turn back on, restart device, etc. I'm really thinking of just dumping the whole watch and actually investing in something that really works. update 4/2026 the app is still not cooperating with my phone. And it's a brand new phone. Nope, app and watch just are not up to par with technology. Very Disappointed. Do not recommend.

no notification for text messages regardless of following instructions
deleted it then tried to re install it. wouldn't let me in

Very basic app with very basic functions. I wish it was more modern, like the huawei health app I used to have. My Colmi P85 smartwatch works well and keeps connected.

Very nice phone. But I'm struggling to answer calls or receiving calls to answer on the watch. Can't talk into my watch. If someone can please help.

I like the fitness watch. It has a lot of different displays to customize your watch face to. Tracking seems to be pretty accurate, but not 100%. My biggest complaint is the sleep tracking feature. It is factory set to start registering your sleep at 4 minutes after midnight and not the actual time you go to sleep. I can't find a way to change this either. The time you awake at night doesn't accurately measure either.
