Horrible App, The watch is great . The App is terrible. If you get up in the middle of the night it only records half your sleep. Doesn't let you have more than one added watch face. Does not auto start work outs.

Noticed some inconsistent data being shared to Going Fit.Some workouts get missed or not sent to Google fit.Sleep tracking visuals could be better, oraimo does a better job IMHO. Also is there a way to see or track what we report as bugs ? Noticed that while tracking a workout and I answer a call the watch Kospet Tank1 Pro continuously vibrated. update 3/21/2026 came back and dissapointed that the app still has the same old wathcfaces that haven't been updated in about 4 years.

The application works well with my itel-ISW-011, but FitCloudPro's sport management needs improvement. Currently, factory-preset sports cannot be removed or reordered, and 'Sports push' only allows one extra activity at a time. This is very inconvenient. Please update the app to allow full customization: the ability to delete unused default modes and permanently add/reorder multiple favorite exercises. This would make the experience much more seamless. Thank you!

This NX8 has potential and a sturdy build, but the data is only sporadically accurate. Setup is a janky, manual process involving hidden developer menus because it relies on a proprietary app instead of Wear OS. It stays connected for me, but the interface is finicky—watch faces change accidentally and message handling is poor. While it works as a basic timekeeper or backup with decent battery life, the low volume and lack of a flashlight are letdowns. Save your money and buy a name-brand.

on my redmi keeps disconnecting, I have to reinstall every time so I can receive notifications.
so far so good, connected via the app easy but had to restart the watch to get the Bluetooth connected. after that I found the change dial option but no games or app install option.

This app worked great with my phone and watch until I upgraded my phone. Now I no longer receive half my texts on my watch, which was why I got the watch! If you have a newer phone, I don't recommend buying a smart watch that uses this app. I'm back to square one.
Good apps for sport
The setup instructions are terrible or not there. Would be nice to have some guidance as to iconography, conventions to get to screens, what's on screens etc. Also your website isn't English only speaker friendly. any selection you pick leads to the selection or menu in Chinese. So if there is a page on your site for support for this app and watch, I could not find it. I still don't know where the Bluetooth controls for this watch.....!

Like another has said, you have an issue with it ALWAYS wanting to be connected whether you like it or not. Personally I think the watch is sound. Def large enough but the software is a bit of a clunker. I do like all the options it has for faces although some are a bit too funky(IMO). One thing I could not figure out was how to lower volume on the alarm. Vibration was perfect but good night I think if I heard that volume in the morning I'd come up swinging. Would be nice on vibration only opt.

They need to update the synch process with health connect. Works perfectly in Android 13 and under. But getting to synch health connect in Andriod 14 and up has been a headache. They need to update this app to adjust the Allow procedure. For this reason I gave it 3 stars because it does do a decent job tracking my data and does not have bloatware. Since November I have had issues with synching to Health Connect in Android 14. Which I need to work because the Vitals only store for 30 days.
I would very much like them to add new faces sometimes. I like to change it up and the face gallery is small and very rarely updated. otherwise, the app and watch are excellent.

i am using a spectra j2 pro phone amd it seems like i have to continue to bind my watch over and over again it is like it looses connection and forgets the watch
