great work so far! casting is still questionable but overall I'm watching my Avs and Nuggets a lot more than before and that's def worth 4 stars!!

Every game the app freezes on the firestick. Can only watch a fraction of the games. Customer service is horrible and takes days to get back with automated messages about clearing cache, etc. Phone app works, but I don't pay to watch on my phone. Fix the bugs, PLEASE!

Upgrading rating from 1/2 stars to 5 stars. Not sure what the app dev team did between the 24/25 and 25/26 NHL seasons, but it's a night/day difference in performance and capabilities over last season. Thank you for fixing the app as it's the only way I get to watch the Av's when they aren't on network television.

edited December '25 to one star for ridiculous consistent video quality issues. There's basically no way to use the website or app that gets to anything like "watchable" by any standard of any other comparable sports streamer. I'm a nuggets obsessed fan but considering dropping this bs altogether. Just missed a Cam Johnson clincher 3

Absolute garbage. Disconnects my TV provider anytime I try to watch anything. I literally cannot watch anything on this app.

betting advertisements are popping up over the live game!!! there is no way to stop this from what I can tell! even illegal streams don't have ads pop up over the game! especially during play. why on earth did you do this??
Why am I paying more than Netflix for a service that isn't supported on my Samsung TV and cannot consistently cast to my TV either? This is a total disappointment.

On the replay mode there is a text line that stays on the screen...always. It goes right through the score bug and you can't read the score. The fast forward can also be improved, instead of 10 second jumps you have to hit hundreds of times. Why can't we scroll on the progress line like every other video app?

Near the close of 2025 this app is working reliably on my Android phone, tablet, and Google TV streamer. No crashes. I wish they'd make a Vizio TV app.
Nice to see my Avs games. sucks to have to fumble around to find the games you do not broadcast. Your advertising leads us to believe that we will have the ability to watch all of the games. A little bit of a lag problem on start up.

Has to be the worst streaming service in the world. We waited all this time for an option to watch and what we finally get is absolutely dog meat. Unbelievable. Update: its actually even worse than I initially thought. Freezes up constantly. Dont waste your money. Update 2: It's now gotten to the point where the app is completely unusable. I resigned to the task of uninstalling and reinstalling for every use, sometimes multiple times per game. Now it just doesn't work at all.
No FF or RW on anything
They need to stop ruining games by showing the score. Let people start from the beginning of the game as well instead of only watch live. And if you watch on phone and you had paused or rewound, better not let your phone rotate because it will jump to the live spot.
App is terrible. Service always seems to be buffering. It's too bad I actually need this App to watch my teams. Very disappointed.

This is the only app I have that freezes at least once a minute if not more. I love the Nuggets and Avs but it is so frustrating to watch on this app.
the app glitches, freeze and spins a lot in the middle of the game. at first thought it was a one off issue but it happens every time we watch a game. the only way to fix it is to recast it from another device or hard boot the TV. really frustrating!
not downloadable on a tablet????
we have altitude on multiple TVs and phones. I'm really disappointed in the reliability for the price of the service. we only use this for watching avalanche games, nothing else. It's just not worth the cost at all. The app is glitchy, and they don't even have all the games. in order to watch all the games I have to subscribe to multiple services, which is absolutely absurd. In addition to that, I can't watch the games when I'm out of town, even on my same devices.Mobile data doesn't work either

wish it didn't cost so much to watch all the games. between Amazon Peacock espn tnt et al plus cable battlefield. I love this app. Thank goodness for this option. Need more variety in commercials. On that the best price is the selling price.
buffers and delays using the cast feature. it's impossible to watch while casting to tv. I can cast using any other app just fine and it only happens with this Altitude plus app. App works fine when watching on your mobile device.
Absolute garbage app. constantly the video skips (I attempt multiple devices, and run speed tests, only this app skips, no other streaming services do). Commercials create a black screen that I have to exit the program and come back in order to get a picture (again happens on multiple devices). For the price paid, you would expect a better experience. I get they own the contract for the AVS, so I HAVE to put up with this garbage if I want to watch the games. Absolute trash app.

Have trouble everytime opening the app, theres about a 20% chance I even get logged in and if I do it lags. Needs fixed.
fails to load video many times. I usually have to open, plus in my TV provider, and then completely close the app as video never loads right away. usually have to log in 5 times. edit: no longer loads at all, fully broken application, and HUGE waste of money.
Love my Avs, hate this app. I have to connect my TV provider every single time I login or even exit to there menu. if im lucky enough to get through that process It will either not play the game or freeze. which means I have to reopen it and start the whole process over again.
DOES NOT WORK IN ARIZONA!!! I have made numerous attempts for this app to work and reached out to them over and over and still nothing. I live in arizona and they even checked my location yet ALL THE GAMES ARE BLOCKED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
not good on foldables, I have to quit the app a few times for the video to play. full screen looks terrible on foldable display.

IT support is non existent. Reactivated the same subscription I used last year with the same email address. paid for my first month. service was not functional. emailed their tech support as there is no phone number. they asked for proof of purchase. sent it. they created a ticket. never heard back for several weeks. once I finally did they claimed the issue was fixed and were closing the ticket. I replied back several times. no response. issue still happening. can't watch games. useless app
app doesnt work very well. always have to select tv provider. everytime I rotate my phone it rewinds live gameplay a few seconds. needs serious polishing
was having subscription issues and when I got in touch with customer service they fixed my issue fast.
