claims you won't miss a game or the action, but where is tonight's game? not on altitude plus. cost is alot for that. 😆 and now we have pop betting ads blocking game play? wow
The Android app is always messing up.*Edit: the chat is still hit and miss, but the rewind feature has been working. However, fresh complaint, the Bet365 pop-ups! Please! We pay too much for there's to be pop-ups during a game! Do better.* Altitude costs to much for the app to act like this! I would love to change the rating, but the app will have to improve first!
This app crashes and the stream crashes way too often for something I pay a monthly subscription for. Also, it is hard to use the app to watch games an hour or two late. As soon as you open the app, you will usually see the current score of the game, spoiling the outcome. The stream also will randomly skip to being live again. The PC webpage is even worse than the app.
The more I use it the more I really feel that this app is clunky. Can you please stop the pop-up polling and advertising wanting me to place bets with your preferred betting nuisance during the game? I mean I'm paying monthly for none of that. there's enough commercials. I don't need to see it popping up during the game. like what are we doing here?
When watching Avs games casting to Chromecast works for the entire first period. Once the first intermission starts it constantly buffers. No amount of restarting/clearing cache fixes it. I end up watching the rest of the game on my phone. Recently started getting pop-up gambling ads too. Not great, Bob.
Pop up adds now during game play, really. Seems like the app is now lagging also since the last update on top of these new pop up adds extremely disappointing.
it constantly freezes and loses volume. they also need to get MORE COMMERCIAL SPONSORS. seeing the SAME 5 COMMERCIALS AT EVERY BREAK..... IS VERY ANNOYING!! I'M NEVER FLYING ON SOUTHWEST AIRLINES ALL BECAUSE THEIR DUMBASS COMMERCIAL ABOUT ASSIGNED SEATING!!!!

Every game the app freezes on the firestick. Can only watch a fraction of the games. Customer service is horrible and takes days to get back with automated messages about clearing cache, etc. Phone app works, but I don't pay to watch on my phone. Fix the bugs, PLEASE!
They need to stop ruining games by showing the score. Let people start from the beginning of the game as well instead of only watch live. And if you watch on phone and you had paused or rewound, better not let your phone rotate because it will jump to the live spot.
the app glitches, freeze and spins a lot in the middle of the game. at first thought it was a one off issue but it happens every time we watch a game. the only way to fix it is to recast it from another device or hard boot the TV. really frustrating!
buffers and delays using the cast feature. it's impossible to watch while casting to tv. I can cast using any other app just fine and it only happens with this Altitude plus app. App works fine when watching on your mobile device.
Love my Avs, hate this app. I have to connect my TV provider every single time I login or even exit to there menu. if im lucky enough to get through that process It will either not play the game or freeze. which means I have to reopen it and start the whole process over again.
app doesnt work very well. always have to select tv provider. everytime I rotate my phone it rewinds live gameplay a few seconds. needs serious polishing

I have Altitude+ on my Samsung A9+ tablet as well as 3 Amazon Fire TVs and my Google Pixel 6 phone. The TV app is primarily what I use, so this review focuses on that. It works okay most of the time, but tonight is a real problem. First the video feed was breaking up and disrupting the Denver Nuggets vs Sacramento Kings game throughout the 1st quarter. They corrected the video problem, but then the audio went down completely. lt's now late in the 3rd quarter, and there's still NO AUDIO.
The sound quality is horrible today. Please do something! it's NOT my device or router. November 3, 2025 - from a flickering screen to no audio or captions well into the third quarter. You shouldn't be raising rates until you do something about these ongoing problems. I'd be down there in my usual seat if I didn't have a 12" long incision down my back from a spinal surgery.
