$200 a year and I have pop up adds all over my screen.
it's absurd that if you start a little late it instantly spoils the score. this is such a simple feature to build.

app is decent, but watching on the browser im at least 2 min behind the app, espn and broadcast television. please fix the browser and ill change my review. and now pop up ads on screen? pure trash app, prob go back to pirating streams next season lol, just kidding, id never do that...

Cannot cast to any device. Can only watch games on my phone.
The app crashes often and the game replays are only available for 72 hours.
The app works well enough to stream games. You do have to deal with invasive popup gambling ads and an invasive settings/gambling odds bar on the right side of the screen that even when you turn off leaves the gear wheel constantly on the screen. For a paid subscription this is incredibly frustrating to deal with, remove those and this service would be 5 stars.
So much lag. 10 secs of lag for every 45 secs of play. Been this way all season. Browser streaming not much better. Totally not worth it.
claims you won't miss a game or the action, but where is tonight's game? not on altitude plus. cost is alot for that. 😆 and now we have pop betting ads blocking game play? wow

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used. Doesn't matter if it's on your phone or tv or computer or iPad or anything, its riddled with bugs and just flat out doesnt work most of the time. Constantly asks me to reauthenticate on the tv app so I just quit using it and airplay from my phone now. Large betting ads pop up during games and cover a third of the screen for at least 20 seconds per ad for a service you already pay for. This service and app is a joke

Cast feature disbled. Doesn't work at all anymore with smart tv browser. Laptop works okay. My best luck has been using my phone with the app & using my smart view screen mirror option to cast to the tv. The smart view has options to go full screen & send audio to the tv at least. This is working better than the browser option. Can now use multiple devices, live feed, Slo-Mo & even the split view features. Didn't know I had to experiment so many options to find the one that works.
Could do without all the bet 365 ads that pop up all the time.

really good but there is one thing that could change and that is installing on the TV
update 3/13/26 It's very annoying when I start a live game late and there is no option to start from the beginning. Score is visible from broadcast. The feed also switches to live action if the internet drops off to long. It should pause at the current location on the timeline instead of jumping to live action and spoiling the game. I get it's live action stream so maybe that's not possible untill the final replay footage is uploaded. So, watch live from tip off, or wait till after post game.
Its the only streaming app that we have thats constantly freezing, its so frustrating. More times than not, its also fuzzy. We love watching basketball. , please fix it🙏

The Android app is always messing up.*Edit: the chat is still hit and miss, but the rewind feature has been working. However, fresh complaint, the Bet365 pop-ups! Please! We pay too much for there's to be pop-ups during a game! Do better.* Altitude costs to much for the app to act like this! I would love to change the rating, but the app will have to improve first!
I love altitude and KSE, but this app is horrible. I have tried to use fast forward and reverse, but it constantly skips back and forth. The banner with the name of the game and playback bar/settings gets stuck and won't disappear. I know I can watch multiscreen on my phone, but was unable to on my TV. And finally, I was watching OT on the Dallas game, probably 8 minutes behind, just as the shootout started, the live view switched to the post-game and I missed the end because it removed the game

This app crashes and the stream crashes way too often for something I pay a monthly subscription for. Also, it is hard to use the app to watch games an hour or two late. As soon as you open the app, you will usually see the current score of the game, spoiling the outcome. The stream also will randomly skip to being live again. The PC webpage is even worse than the app.
never a smooth experience. always glitchy. bad quality. subscription is not worth the price. use any other means to watch games.

The more I use it the more I really feel that this app is clunky. Can you please stop the pop-up polling and advertising wanting me to place bets with your preferred betting nuisance during the game? I mean I'm paying monthly for none of that. there's enough commercials. I don't need to see it popping up during the game. like what are we doing here?
When watching Avs games casting to Chromecast works for the entire first period. Once the first intermission starts it constantly buffers. No amount of restarting/clearing cache fixes it. I end up watching the rest of the game on my phone. Recently started getting pop-up gambling ads too. Not great, Bob.
Pop up adds now during game play, really. Seems like the app is now lagging also since the last update on top of these new pop up adds extremely disappointing.

Sending betting pop-ups every 90 seconds?? this is not what I pay for and the only reason you're getting away with it is because we can't watch Avs games anywhere else. keep it up and I guarantee I'll find a way to watch it elsewhere and cancel my sub.

horrific lol. I've been paying for this subscription for months and no matter what I do the damn app refuses to believe that I have a subscription through the account that I literally pay for the subscription for. it's a known issue. any app developer or company that allows that to happen is literally stealing, so I'm good. imma bow out

This app is cumbersome to use. The fast-forward hardly works, the preview box above the time line showing where you'll be at when you stop fast-forwarding is completely wrong. When you pause it, you can't get back to the play button to resume and half the time it kicks you out of what you were watching and you have to start all over again. Its pretty surprising how badly this is designed.
overall very happy. had to move to a streaming box bc my smart TV is 10 years old but way better performance!! only complaint is can't see ALL the games especially playoffs. Haven't tried the dual watch yet but that's a cool feature.
I've tried the app and website -- all very poor experience. I just beg for more Nuggets games to be on ESPN, PRIME, or anything else
so slow audio is faster than visual. have to constantly exit app. I have a new TV and fiber optic cable for internet. tests at 2200,so it's not on my end. as well as Ethernet cable. app is garbage.
The Amazon TV app crashes within a minute of streaming. I contacted their support department and they are less than helpful. All they would do is send the same list of troubleshooting steps I perfomed a million times over the past few months and before I contacted them. They stated I don't have any devices connected when I was able to stream to all of my devices. I was actively streaming when they killed my connection. They are refusing to help. Don't download the app or pay for this service.

If you expect to cadt this to a TV even with the most premium internet package, don't do it. It will skip and stutter ever with gigabyte ethernet to the TV. Canceling as soon as I can. guess I can't watch the Avs historic season.
