Does NOT Work!
Have tried several times to subscribe, each time I sign in it tells me I don’t have any current subscriptions. iTunes shows an active subscription and the dates paid. I emailed Big Ten Plus once again this month, due to the same message. No active subscription, yet they’ve withdrawn the money from my account. Finally, an honest response, Big Ten Plus does NOT synch with ITunes. Why are they continuing to collect money from us? Big Ten told me I’d have to try to get my money back through Apple…I guess we’re back to passing the buck. This needs to stop!!! Remove the App from ITunes, you’ve said it does not synch, stop taking money from the fans until you can provide the service you’re advertising.
