Basketball season is over and I’m very upset that they won’t let me disconnect now. It looks like they won’t let me disconnect until the very last day of my subscription, which it will then spell over into another month of payment. Will not do this again.
Do Not Subscribe
For 2 years in a row now when I have subscribed from the app, I have not been able to log in or access any of the content. Both times I contacted their customer service and they never talked about fixing the issue, just kept telling me to request a refund through Apple. When I contacted Apple they informed me that the Big10 app is really broken. So genuinely do not spend your money on a subscription, you will just throw money away and still have no access to the content. They are the only Power 4 conference that makes it impossible for fans to access their content and watch games. They should really just remove this app from the app store entirely instead of stealing money from people and they should absolutely fire all the developers that are maintaining this app.
Why is this so damned aggravating?
I really appreciate paying for something that raises my blood pressure. Every time out I have to hit the back button and then watch to resume the game.
Weak
Too often the channel drops out and has poor picture quality. I could live with the announcers being rookies and producing being weak if you could actually watch the game!! Wish I could go back to the Pac12!!!!
Glitchy
Probably the worst streaming app I've ever had. I'm constantly having to back out of whatever I'm watching and then reconnect. It's awful.

Read the details before you subscribe. You won’t be able to watch live games being televised through this app alone. You’ll still another provider. Why pay for this app when you have to pay for another also?
Takes your money
This is bad business. Come in Big 10. You claim to be the premier conference. Get someone who can make the app work and provide the access. “Dear subscriber. We rather take your money each month and not worry about you unable to watch the + network.”
Crashes constantly
You think for what you pay this app will be dependable. Whenever I cast to my TV it crashes anywhere from 5-10 minutes in causing me to reload the app and continue the game only to miss what happened when it crashed. This app is terrible and I’m paying like $15 a month for it. Disgusting.
Freezes constantly
For as much as this app costs and considering the financial resources of the big ten you would think they could put something professional together. But you would be wrong.

This app is absolutely terrible. It buffers like crazy. The Big Ten has no right to charge money for a service this bad.
Image freezes
I can appreciate the student-lead announcers, etc… but the broadcast freezes constantly as if it’s using some student’s hotspot to broadcast with. Rediculous to pay this price for horrible broadcast signal.
Poor streaming
Unfortunately if you want to watch Big 10 sports you have to use this, but the issues with the connection are horrible.

nothing but login issues with Big Ten plus and this is now a breach of contract, which is a legal issue for them
Hot garbage
Trying to watch a game is a wonderful combination of frustration and amazement. Technically, the stream has more jitters than a squirrel drinking an entire pot of coffee. Amazement in the fact that this app is allowed to continue charging money. Listening to the game on the radio is a better option.

This application sucks I have paid up subscription and I can’t login I get error message 207 missing IP , trying to get this up and running customer support sucks
Completely Useless
THEY should be paying ME $14.30 to use this garbage app. Crashes, won’t load, glitchy, you name it. It should be absolutely free considering how terrible big ten plus is

The worst video app in the history of video apps. I honestly can’t believe a power 4 conference would be ok putting their name on an app this of an app horrible. It’s even worse considering you have to pay for a subscription. If it was free I would be more ok with the terrible interface and bad video player but I PAID FOR IT and it still horrible. Truly insane they charge for it.
Full Screen Not Working
I can’t watch in full screen. Icon doesn’t work. Terrible app. Why should I pay for this?

Absolute waste of money. No other way to watch my niece’s basketball games, but 90% of the time the app won’t work. It’s either blurry, kicks me out of the game every 2-3 minutes, or just flat-out doesn’t work at all. Livid that I have to pay for this garbage.
How much refund do I get?
When the game I want to watch cuts off in the middle and says Technical Difficulties? You’re charging big-boy prices, so provide big-boy service. And when it fails, handle it like an actual company and provide a billing credit. These are the basics. *ignoring the untrained children mumbling their way through most broadcasts in place of the trained adults we deserve to focus on the basic of, you know, actually showing the games
Not working
I have an account that iTunes shows I’m subscribed to but every time I open the app it tells me I don’t have a subscription… I’ve logged in and out multiple times restarted my iPad and still nothing… I look forward to you either fixing this or you putting money back into my iTunes account ASAP..
Scam, Overpriced, Impossible to unsubscribe

Really! I paid for this????
Really? The commentators are using football terms! Do they not know basketball terminology. Interceptions instead of steals. 2 yard line instead of 2 point range!! They have no personality. Sounds goes out. Freezes up and then fast forward to the current time. I could not afford tickets so I paid for the app so I could watch the game. Broadcast was a joke!
Does NOT work
I have a current subscription but it will not allow me to watch. It says I need a subscription and once I click that it says you have a subscription and still will not allow me to still access. I tried all the trouble shooting and still does not work. I am paying for a year subscription that I cannot use!! Highway robbery and should be refunded for something I can’t use!!!
Only centered around men’s sports
Every few years I resubscribe only to be let down every time. Even when volleyball is in the NCAA tournament they fail to have those early games live streaming. So disappointing that women’s sports are still not a priority, especially one as popular as volleyball. Do better Big 10.
Horrible support no help
Downloaded the app for my iPad. Nothing would play even though it said my subscription was active. But worse than that zero support zero help just a robot AI chat that did nothing do not I repeat. Do not waste your money on this app.
Terrible app. Please start over
This is a terrible app. I had to sign up for a subscription on a desktop computer. It would not allow me to enter all my credit card details on my iPhone. The streaming quality is terrible. In the app it shows the wrong renewal price. I signed up with a promotion for three months. It’s showing the regular renewal in the app. Too many other errors to list here. Do better big ten!
No Nebraska Volleyball!
I have so many issues with this app but it’s mostly because they never have the one thing I want- Husker Volleyball. Their main page is also misleading and I can’t ever find the games I’m looking for even with the search.

There is literally nothing happening during timeouts or quarter breaks or halftime but as soon as the actual game starts you shrink the game down and force me to watch AND LISTEN to an ad DURING THE game. It’s absolutely terrible. Please stop doing this. I pay for this service already…Infuriating.
Horrible App and Customer service
This App was bought and paid for 5 days ago! Still can’t use it. between Apple App store and the Big Support they keep telling me the same thing. The Big 10 should be embarrassed they are charging people for this. Still don’t have my money back and now have to fight it through the credit card.

Trash customer service, the app is total garbage and the customer service is somehow worse, so much worse. And now I am left paying for one month of this trash app that I can’t delete fast enough from my phone. It’s not worth the one star that I am giving it. Total garbage.
Paying $13 a month for terrible quality
I understand the Big Ten schools trying to give their students experience, but to charge fans $13 a month for subpar, often incompetent, middle school-ish announcing and overall production should be a criminal offense. If I had the opportunity to give 0 zero stars, I would.
This is sports now
More corporate greed, by Universities no less. Huge academic schools and they can’t get an app to work half the time. Add on top that they want to charge to watch the entire frustrating process!
Didn't recognize purchase
I purchased a subscription through the app. It didn't recognize the purchase. Support solution was to call apple for a refund. Terrible app and terrible service.
Do not buy!
This app is a scam they act like you can watch all of these football games and you can only watch hockey and volleyball ball. Not football just replays. And they won’t refund your money.
Lack of customer service
It is inexcusable that an app supported by the Big Ten is allowed to function without any person to person customer service. A chatbot cannot resolve all the issues that your app has. For the price of the subscription it should include app support.
Disappointed Customer
I am currently paying approximately $350 a month for my Direct TV services. We very seldom watch any movies that require additional fees and never use anything like games or other items that have extra fees. The only exception is the sports packages. Like your other customers I don’t want to pay twice for football or basketball games that are part of the sports programs already part of my $350 monthly subscription. The programming won’t accept my email address and or password. That system is VERY confusing when you have a separate but inclusive account and password for the AT&T account. For the very expensive monthly fee your company is currently charging your customers, I would expect a lot easier system to have access to the channels I am already paying for. Your company can do much better for your customers than the very confusing and complex system that is currently in place.
Paid for it but can’t watch it
This is the dumbest app I have ever tried to but something from. Try to buy something and it’s still locked wasted about one hour trying to figure it out and contact them but no you can’t talk to a real life person. That’s great the only person I can talk to is a ai virtual assistant that isn’t helpful. All I wanted was to watch basketball how do you make it that complicated.
Grossly Overpriced
Where do I begin, as an avid college Volleyball fan, it’s a shame that this is the platform I’m FORCED to use to watch certain games. When I am able to sign in, wait 5 minutes for it to load, and finally have it sync up to live, I’ve often missed the first set entirely. Despite only using it one one device, we are continually signed out each time we close it. On top of all of that, its very laggy. If this were a free, non profit app, I would take this lack of quality with a grain of salt, but when a year subscription is over 100$, there is no excuse for the utter lack of effort or improvement put into this. Updating the accessibility and acclimating servers to the amount of viewership some games draw could greatly improve this experience. As the average rating for this app is 1.6 stars, I know i’m not the only one to share this sentiment. That being said, it’s clear that this is nothing but a money grab. I continue to watch games on this deplorable platform only to justify paying such an outrageous amount, but next year i’ll stick to the FREE youtube livestreams I can find instead.

The fact that you guys charge $13 a month for this trash product is insane to me. The announcers are HORRIBLE! The audio is HORRIBLE! Everything about big ten plus is horrible. The audio cuts out nonstop, there is a ringing/buzzing going on in the background. I think I deserve a refund because this is unacceptable. How can charge people that much with such a terrible product. Either you guys fix it or drop the price to $3 a month because at this point that’s all it is worth. I would give you zero stars but I couldn’t submit it without giving you at least one star.

Terrible app, terrible process, no concern for customer
I tried for more than hour to create an account. Could not proceed until they had my cc info. Could not log in, continuously told to retry. Got connected on phone, could not connect on tv. No contact phone number for customer service. Tried to chat, told repeatedly I had to be logged in. Over the next nine days, I have repeatedly emailed the network : still cannot log in, cannot get a refund of my $12.99. I have yet to watch a minute, B1G+ refuses to acknowledge that my account is closed/deleted, and has not processed a refund. They say they are sorry, and tell me my account will "remain active" for 30 days. Terrible app, worse customer service. Save your money and your time, avoid frustration, do not download.
