very poor sleep tracking, wildly innacurate detection of sleep times. app creates innacurate sleep times and misses naps despite tracking the phone movement. users cannot turn off phone motion detection to parse data only from smartwatch. Good attempt, fun idea, but fails to be accurate. try try again you app makers :) .

Did questionnaire, connect my FitBit, get to a screen that tells me all these wonderful things the app is going to do to improve my life then...nothing. It won't let me go any further. It doesn't ask for money or say anything about a free trial. Then I get messages 2-3 times a day about sleep debt & energy peaks that make no sense. If I'm going to bed at the time it tells me to go to bed & waking when it says I should, how do I have a sleep debt of 9 hrs in 2 days being on my phone. Deleting...

I was just charged for the Rise Sleep Tracker subscription even though my promotional/free trial period had not yet expired. The payment was automatically taken from my card without any prior notice. I kindly request a full refund for this charge, as it occurred before the end of the trial period. Please confirm that my subscription has been cancelled and the refund has been initiated.

Not made for 3rd shift workers. I dont get to bed until 9AM and they dont even an option past 630AM for "go to bed" times.

Really wanted to try it but I live a third shift life and the time parameters for going to bed and waking up didn't even cover the times I go to bed and wake up so pointless for me I guess.

Not at all happy with this app. and there is no place to cancel. How do I cancel? I am being charged and it's very difficult to find where to cancel.

Every time I get to the "Change Your Biology" page, the program locks up. It won’t allow me to go forward or back. It just stalls. It looks like it would be a really helpful program if it got rid of that link.

It wanted me to pay to even set anything up, and I decided the price was too steep. Kept the app though, just in case, and it started periodically sending notifications trying to predict my "peaks" and "dips" in productivity. I proved it wrong. I'm still working on today's project after taking a short break, and it's telling me to take melatonin 4.5 hours before I go to bed. Why in the world would I jeopardize my productivity like that? Uninstalling. Not worth $5 a month.

SO DISAPPOINTED! This app was looking super promising as I opened it up but after getting through the beginning it drops a yearly subscription on you (doesn't even offer monthly lol). Great way to ruin a seemingly promising app
