What a terrible app. Paid membership but the app did not recognize the payment so I'm stuck with 2minutes of all videos. Reinstalled app and now videos don't even play
When are you going to completely overhaul this app? It doesn't work. Start over. This has been an issue for at least 2 years. You're driving subscribers away, despite having terrific instructors.

Keep taking money from my account for months well after I have cancelled my subscription
Awful. The app takes ages to load and still wont play the videos if you click on them. Such a pity, the platform is great, but your app sucks.

Please fix. Would not play videos on samsung so Uninstalled and reinstalled. Error message says won't open due to some kind of bug.
