I really like the Pillow app. I’ve had it several years. It interesting to keep track of you sleep patterns. It also lets you know when to start shutting down and getting ready to go to sleep. Even have tips to help you get a good nights sleep.

My husband has Parkinson’s and Pillow is our guide every morning for his either to sleep more or start his day- as for myself Pillow is my true friend!
Provides fascinating information about yourself
Not merely how well you sleep and how it can vary according to factors you can record at bedtime. Also wether you snore or talk in your sleep, and what you say. The graphs plotting "sleep quality" versus "weight" are clinically significant only if you have weight-induced sleep problems, likely if your BMI is 35 or more. For the comparison to heart rate, an iWatch is best, since it monitors your wrist pulsations continuously and allows the app to compare it to the movement and audio data it monitors while under your pillow. This will expose a side of you that you knew nothing about, fascinating in itself, and may warn you of upcoming or ongoing health problems. A truly useful app. It is one of the first things I look at EVERY morning! It also provides detailed info on how your behaved during the night, indispensable for persons with rate or thutm problems. 🤜 With the “iWatch” the amount of info generated is fascinating, but …. When you don’t wear the watch you get nothing, whereas when I did not have the iWatch the app would monitor my sleep (but not heart) with the iPhone under the pillow. The problem seems to be that when I forget to put the Watch on after charging the battery, I also forget to put the iPhone under the pillow. I’ll work on that for a future update of this review. ¡Great app! Don’t go to sleep without it😂 Problem solved: now I have two Apple watches and there is always one fully charged. Oops! Recently driving home from a nearby town, during a 30-minute stretch of Interstate highway, Pillow said I was asleep!! No way!

Finally have true insight into every aspect of my sleep. Plus meditation and sounds and for an extremely competitive price! Actually, $20 less/year than app I was using which offered meditations, sounds , but ZERO sleep analytics. This app will play a huge role in maintaining and improving my health due to chronic illness requiring consistent deep healing REM sleep which I will finally actually know if ai am getting and how much!!! 😊

Really Enjoy This App
Very easy to use, comparable to the several other apps I tried in results, so I know it’s got up to date technology. It doesn’t always catch when I’m awake or in REM, but overall it’s very consistent & easy enough to edit in my awake times if need be. I like that this one has the option of just one payment a year that includes everything. I also enjoy that it records & categorizes sounds, plus the extra features like their sleep aid stories & sounds. The metrics work well with Apple health & I’m happy overall with net experience. Would recommend if you’re looking to track your sleep!
No longer allows editing of sleep duration
Update: Devs reached out, and before I had a chance to respond the bug that prevented me from updating had been fixed! Not sure why, but Pillow never figures out when I go to bed, sometimes even has problems when I wake up.

Best sleep tracker on the market
I find this app very useful. The only problem I have is when I’m running the air conditioner in the bedroom which produces a lot of background noise and interferes with the microphone.
Great sleep
I love this app because I’ve discovered that it gives a more accurate sleep report! I have an app that I paid for and I had the free version of Pillow. That’s how I found out Pilliw gives more accurate information! Cancelling the paid app and going either Pillow!!!!
