Like the app but..
I have PTSD and tracking my sleep is important. I wear my watch to bed and all day. Please update so that your app can give suggestions on how to improve the quality of sleep or articles that tell me why my numbers are bad and how to improve them. I love the app and the service you provide so please help. Almost all of the people that I served with don’t sleep very long so there are multiple sleep sessions and updating the app just makes it such an important tool for us to use. Thank you in advance.
Good info bad at identifying awake time
I like the app well enough. I read reviews about different options before buying and selected this bc of all you get with the app purchase. I think it mostly meets expectations. I hope the trends and tips get a little more tailored and less info I already know. Biggest issue is it never tracks my awake time. Even if I get up to use the barroom it rarely registers it as awake.
After 1 year Great App with limitations
I’m a road warrior. When you travel overseas all the sleep app’s have a stroke somewhere in your trip and miss where you slept 3-6 hours. Pillow flawless if you go to bed at your normal bedtime. Change the time on your phone 4 times during an overseas trip and pillow and everyone else I’ve tried struggle!
Zzzz at night
Learning how this works, want my Apple Watch do all the work! While I sleep, to keep track of my sleep! But it not recording my sleep sounds! Hope update will help! BecauseI am not dreaming ! One year later. Sleep mode icon not there anymore!
