Decent tracker, poor app design.
The app works as expected. My biggest complaint is that there is no way to toggle certain notifications off once you’ve created a profile. I’m spammed with multiple alerts and sleep tips from the app each day, and support says the only way to turn them off is to turn off all notifications. Besides that the app is decent, but I wish I wouldn’t have paid for a premium subscription yet. There are many other apps that do the same thing for free.
Highly inaccurate
The app tracks based on sound so if you sleep alone, may work better for you (probably not). Recorded on paper when I was awake during the night and the app didn’t record any of it (got up to go the bathroom 3 times last night and not one showed in the app). Sleep levels (deep and regular) show almost identically for every night, no matter how I slept. Overall, useless and the $60 they charged me is gone forever.

The app is good but if you don’t have vip or whatever you can’t do much.. so when you record your sleep you can only listen to 3 sounds. The best thing in my opinion is the white noise it’s soo good bc u can mix different sounds to make better ones. So that’s all..
Family sharing
This app is fine, possibly really good with subscription. However, I will not subscribe to expensive applications which do not support family sharing. Period.
App shuts down after a minute
At my wits end with this app. I have the premium app and I will go through the sleep process turn on my sounds then after a minute or two the app will just close. Over and over with no luck. Support ticket submitted over a week ago and have heard nothing back.
App good, privacy awful
The best thing about this app is it snippets of recordings of you and background noise during the night. Unfortunately, when I asked ChatGPT to evaluate privacy of this app, as I often do for Apps, it was pretty terrible. You’re giving the app your precise location (to allow the environment feature) and a lot of information about you which it seems they can turn right around and sell to advertisers. I’m not an expert, but this did not look safe to me so I deleted it.

How this got such high reviews is beyond me. I bought to improve my sleep as I literally toss and turn all night recently. This app reports I’m asleep when literally up walking around. What a waste of money

I got to use it one night only then it wanted me to subscribe for about $30. I had thought it was free. Don’t have money to subscribe so I guess that’s it.
Bait and switch scam
The apps seems fine, but after signing up for a 7 day free trial the instruction screens took me to a family membership offer “for the same price”. I could not get past the screen without accepting. Now instead of the free trial I’ve been charged $59.99 for a family membership I don’t want.
Misleading
I just signed up for 7 day free trial and it immediately charged my card. That’s not how free trials work. It would appear if I cancel before the 7 days I won’t be getting my money back.
False advertising
The gimmick is a free 7 day trial, once you go through all the promotional slides and agree and are signed up for free trial, you are the charged as soon as you accept. I wanted to try this out with no money charged until my “free trial” was over. I will not be using this app.
Be cautious w "free trial"
I hate free trials but thought I'd try this. You cannot cancel on app and I got charged for $60 annual fee six days after I started not seven. As far as an app, it said I was sleeping when I got a call, declined it, got up to go to the bathroom and even hit "white noise." It recorded me as sleeping. I doubt how effective this is. But hey, another $60 down the drain.

It tells me that I fall asleep and say 10 or 15 minutes when I know I’ve played they’re awake for an hour or more. And then the report of deeply versus light sleep is totally wrong. I actually got out of bed at midnight last night and was in a different room until 730 this morning, but yet it recorded the differences in my sleep which I was nowhere near it. Don’t waste your money.

I have had this app for about 7 years now and I love it. It tells me if and when I snore has awesome meditation features and I absolutely love the fact that is writes to Apple Health. This app is the best!
Not accurate at all
This app is not accurate at all. It showed I was in deep sleep when I was awake - multiple times. Also beware of “free” trial. They charge you before the trial period is over.

Way better real FREE apps out there
App doesn’t allow you to use its free version it unless you subscribe to the full premium membership. There is NO ACTUAL FREE VERSION. There are better, truly free apps out there that actually let u use their free version indefinitely.

IT DOES NOT TRAVK YOUR SLEEP
I downloaded this app expecting automatic sleep tracking, but it only records sleep if you manually press “Record Sleep” every time. This completely defeats the purpose of a sleep tracking app, especially if you forget to start it or take naps. I intended to cancel during the trial because the settings did not meet my needs, but I unfortunately missed the cancellation window due to recovering from surgery. When I contacted support, they acknowledged my feedback but did not offer a solution or refund. The app may work for some users, but if you’re looking for automatic sleep tracking, this is not the right choice. I wish this limitation had been made clearer before subscribin

Deleting app
I wake up like 7 times a night because of my cats and it doesn’t even pick up that I was awake at like 6am and it didn’t pick up recordings when I know I was telling my other cats to leave the one alone…

Excellent sleep tracker
I tried this app for three nights and enjoyed the friendly interface and wealth of information displayed. However, I get sleep tracking from at least two other apps already so I decided not to continue an annual subscription.
Is this real?
I opened the app went to sleep and i woke up and i checked the app and there was this weird unexplainable sound, i asked my family members if that was them, they said it was not, Does this app play with spirits, Does this app send audio to the real owner?
GARBAGE app
DO NOT use. app crashes all the time and reports bad info such as time to fall asleep, also cannot distinguish between external sounds that it reports as teeth grinding. dont waste your time. trash app.
not worth it
The only reason it’s got one star was because I can’t give it 00 and the sport replies you get are from robots not from people. don’t bother trying to get a refund they won’t give it to you for one thing, they charge me the full year subscription two days after I’ve got my seven day trial. So I had to pay 60 something dollars to find out it doesn’t work This is either a scam or a very poorly made app. I have sleep apnea I got this app. To keep track of my oxygen level at night after several nights it said my average oxygen level was 97 but I also wear an oxygen monitor and it never got above 88. And that’s the one that was prescribed by the doctor so I’m pretty sure it’s correct. And to pay $69 for something that does not work as I say is either a scam or very poorly made app before you buy it think about it.
Not always accurate
It said I woke up 2 hours later and got 10 hours and 45 minutes of sleep even tho I woke up 2 hours before. I guess it’s because I forgot to press wake up. I wasn’t really expecting it to be that accurate. That info was incorrect and I couldn’t change even when I deleted the app and downloaded it again. So now it says I slept to much 🤦🏾♀️ But like it did help me track my sleep stages a little better even tho it poorly tracked my awake minutes Sometimes
Billing issue acknowledged but not resolved properly
The company has acknowledged that a subscription charge was generated in error. However, instead of correcting the issue directly with Apple, they have asked me to pay first and request reimbursement afterward via PayPal. As a customer, I believe errors should be corrected at their source, without requiring advance payment for something that has already been recognized as improper. The pending charge is currently affecting my Apple ID, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. I hope the company reviews this situation and resolves it in a fair and customer-focused manner.
Good luck getting your money back
They will charge your card even if you tell them not to before the trial ends. Now they refuse to refund me. Blaming apple. Apple says I got what I paid for even though they took the money after I said no to their subscription. Nobody will refund my money. They basically said “oh well “. Watch out.

This is fake. I turned on the tracker, but left my phone in my room. I came back after an hour, and it said that I slept. Which I did not do. I would recommend this as an alarm but not a sleep tracker
