Content great search and interface no bueno
So I love the content but the user interface really lacks. I often find myself stuck searching for longer than a class actually takes. I guess it would be good if I know exactly what type of class I want. Often I’ll search by style or length or a teacher, and the filter results leave me filtering through a tun of content all similar to the rest. For example if I search filter by new the results are a tun of classes for “women cycles” I’m male so I scroll past, but it’s like 20 classes like that. So then I go to another filter similar results. So unless I can specify know what I want the search and filter buttons don’t help much. Aside from that when I can filter through and find something I like the content is great.
Great classes, glitchy app
Love these yoga classes, but the subscription is rarely usable. I’m constantly getting errors and it won’t even play the videos I’ve downloaded.

BUT the app is much harder to get to things. Online is alright but I’d prefer if the app was able to show the collections the same way it does online
Best yoga app when I’m not locked out
I have been locked out of this app multiple times. I wouldn’t deduct stars for that if there were a way to resolve it, but when I was locked out and lost something like six months of a one year subscription, I didn’t appreciate that. I called the App Store bit was told they couldn’t resolve the issue; I had to contact the app creators. But when you go through the app, there’s no way to contact them, at least not when you’re locked out. I was using the same login that I used the first six months, but the app said the credentials were not recognized. Because this is the best yoga app I’ve ever found, I subscribed again this month. I used a different email, given the problems with the last login. Everything was fine until the app said that there was another account for me and that I needed to use that login, and then the app logged me out. I tried logging back in with the old login, but it wouldn’t accept my credentials. I tried the old email with the new password, but nothing. I tried the new email with the old password and so on, but I was locked out again. Luckily, I opened the app today after a few weeks of not touching it, and was logged in. But I have no idea what will happen if I’m weirdly logged out again. The yoga classes and everything else are the best I’ve found, but frustratingly I can only access them about 50% of the time. And that’s from at least 2 different iPads w/2 different ip addresses. If this continues, I will sadly have to cancel the subscription and settle for the next best thing. As it is, I have no idea what my login is, because it’s never accepted any of my credentials with the new subscription. TO THE DEVELOPERS: Please allow people to contact you when they are locked out of the app. I understand things can get buggy, which is why it’s important to add a “contact the developers” option when the app won’t accept credentials. Otherwise, thank you for a beautiful app.
