Scam Recharge
Zero stars My best advice is: Do not download app! Do not give them any type of credit card information-unless you want to be charged for the rest of your life. Seriously! I Canceled my membership a full year ago. Today out of the blue they charged me again. Even though I have not used the app in 365 days & I have a confirmation of it being canceled. No help via customer serviced either. There is No customer phone number to call -just an email from a bot saying ‘our subscription is clear-you will be charged’. I am SURE they can see that: 1) I cancelled the membership 1 year ago 2)There has been NO activity on this app. It is an utter theft of your money.

I love the workouts; wish you would add some new flows that are a little longer.
Great addition to wellness routine
Wide variety of classes, and more are added all the time, that help meet your needs on different days/to achieve different goals. For example some days I want to feel relaxed and less anxious, some days I want to feel energized and powerful! I love the music and meditation options as well.

Had the app, then cancelled to start a diff app. BUT I CAME BACK to this one. :)
Horrible
I logged in with Apple, paid for a subscription, it logged me out and deleted all my progress. I tried to log in with my email on my iPad, and won’t let me. So I can’t use the app across multiple devices. Contacting Apple to get my money back.
Scam
Don’t fall for the ads. Workouts are basic and not doing to change your body. Customer service is awful. The whole things feels like a bad fitness/health AI platform.

Absolute rip-off! Not worth the price or the aggravation when trying to cancel a subscription.
Cancelling sucks
You can on cancel the day before your anniversary of superscription. 24 hrs or you are stuck w/ the cost.
Class action law suit 2025
. Cancelling subscriptions through the App Store does NOT stop billing. They bill yearly, silently, even after the subscription is canceled. Contact them directly and dispute the charge on your card.
Hidden Subscription Renewal
I am so angry with this app and the developers. They have chosen to hide the subscription renewal within the website. Not the Apple subscription services tab. A total scam way of handling people who want to cancel their subscription. A very dishonest way of doing business. Do not get suckered like I did.
BUYER BEWARE
If I could give negative reviews I would. I tried this app and it was very meh. Canceled my subscription and here we are a year later and they have tried to charge my card 5 plus times even after I have emailed them each time and told them to quit. They acknowledged my account is not active but yet they continue to try to charge me. DO NOT SIGN UP. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU LONG AFTER YOU CANCEL. BUYER BEWARE
False advertising - they’re refusing to refund despite clearly stated 2 week offer
They’re lying about letting people try the app for 2 weeks for free. It’s actually a 13 day free trial. If you try to cancel on the 14th day, they’ll tell you “it’s outside the 14 day eligibility window” and refuse to refund your money. The email conversation trying to resolve this has been so bizarre it’s like they have ai chatbots doing their customer support. I’m not sure what the stand for as a company, but it’s none of the ethos of yoga.
Don’t expect help
Once they charge you. They don’t care to help. I politely asked for a pro rated refund as I had the renewal date wrong. And I admitted to that. I Havent used the app in months. And with the unrest in my home state of MN I lost track of regular life. They didn’t care. I asked for a refund for the rest of the year discounting the first month. No. Since 14 days had passed. So despite my multiple years of service. They could Care less, and provided zero customer service or care. What kind of personal care are they providing? They just want our money.
Attempted payment again and again
I have been in touch with customer service over the $119 charge renewal - it has been tried on my card 4 different times. In two different email chains they have PROMISED my account was deleted and it wouldn’t happen again and I just got another attempted charge here. FIX THIS!!!
Always charges my card
I’ve canceled this app for years now and it continues to charge me yearly. Of course I don’t find out until it’s done. I’ve went in and canceled subscription through my phone, through the app and online and I’m still getting charged 3 years later.

Non practical and terrible customer
Did not like the content, it is not progressive at all, don’t offer a good plan. After requesting cancellation within trial period, I did not get my refund back even tho it was filed timely. Don’t get this app
Deceptive and incompetent subscription service
Asana Rebel must be going out of business because they sent me an email saying my annual renewal was $35.99 , charged me $72 and have me in an infinite loop where they ask me over and over the charge amount which I have sent at least 5 times and they just keep asking. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE unless you want to subject to an infinite incompetent customer service loop to get a refund of their deceptive charges
App did not keep my interest, but the company kept my money
I signed up for this a year ago and did not find it compelling so I never used it. I then missed the cancellation date by less than 24 hours but they charged me for another full year and dismissed my request for leniency. I realize I should have cancelled earlier, but most companies are more forgiving. Do not waste your money.

Cancelled app and a year later it renews for $119.99. They agreed to cancel it again but will not refund money.
Horrible customer service
Purchased a year ago, had shoulder injury as well as surgery. Canceled subscription yet was charged 119.99. When I reached out they said my subscription was never canceled. I never received any notification of upcoming renewal.They were only willing to provide me a 50% refund even though they can clearly see I haven’t been using the app.
Poor customer service
I wanted to sign up for a monthly subscription, but they charge my card for a year at $36. Then, when it’s time for my yearly membership to renew, and I wanted to cancel, there was no way to do that, either within my Apple subscriptions app Nor through the Asana Rebel app. There was no link for an email or anything. After I complained to them for charging my card again for a yearly membership of $119, they stopped my automatic renewal but kept the money.
Glitchy
Tried downloading , updating, and using the app and can’t even make a profile. Buttons to choose gender and other items are blank
Dishonest Company
If you intend on subscribing, you better hope you spend a lot of time in the app because if you forget it will renew you with no notice outside the app and they refuse to refund you, even minutes after the charge hits. This developer response is insulting given the email responses I have received from them. They have absolutely no interest in righting any wrongs, nor getting any better.
workouts well done. app needs help
so far i find the workouts very good, challenging and well instructed. my only issue is with the app as i have difficulty convincing it to go into landscape on an iphone 15 with ios 26.1. most of the time i give up and leave it in portrait which sometimes cuts off what the instructor is doing. edit. i want to point out it isnt a problem with my phone. i can orient the phone and other apps just fine. this app doesnt follow phone orientation very well.

Automatically charges even after cancellation
Don’t get this app under a free trial period. They have automatically charged my credit card two years in a row after I canceled it in the first month of the trial.
Trying to cancel for years
Every January I’m charged even though I’ve “successfully” cancelled this subscription. This is a joke! I want my money back!
Borderline fraud
I tried it out and paid a full year. It auto renewed without a notification and the same day I asked for cancellation and refund. They said that it cannot be processed as per their terms. The product is buggy, poor in quality and their customer success unprofessional. They plan to make money from people who forget to delete their accounts. Good luck to them
Difficult to cancel
I’ve been using the app for few years and I liked it. I did all the challenges and there is nothing new and challenging for me anymore I tried to cancel and I couldn’t because I switched to iPhone and don’t have access to my old google account. Tried customer support but it keeps glitching. Left it for later when I have more time. Then I got charged $119.99 for the renewal . I sent an email and finally got to cancel but I don’t get a refund, because of their policy…I found the email in my spam folder… how I’m I suppose to see it? Now I’m stuck paying for an app that I’m not going use. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Charged without notice, refund refused
I was charged for an annual renewal, a substantial amount, without notice. I hadn’t actively used the app in at least six months, and contacted customer support within moments of being alerted of the charge. Despite the immediate response and explanation of our family’s circumstances, my refund request was flatly denied. For a company that markets mindfulness and personal growth, this rigid and profit-driven response shows little concern for users. Buyer beware, they won’t notify you before a charge, and they won’t help you when that unexpected charge comes through.
Unauthorized charges
I downloaded this app to see its features but never used it not authorized payment. It’s not even showing in my subscriptions. Today I was charged $119.99, not once but twice. How is this possible? This is not acceptable. Please refund 2x $119.99 immediately.
Don’t fall for it!
The app is buggy and workouts are boring- not yoga at all. The videos don’t track completion properly, so when you’re doing a series it won’t allow you to move forward. Don’t fall for the intro price, it’s $119, which is ludicrous
Won’t refund even when I didn’t authorize
I joined a year ago, bought a year subscription, used it a few times and deleted the app. I knew I paid for a year, I knew I was out the money. I was 100% sure I did not sign up for auto renewal. Well…they just charged my card for another year. I reached out the day the withdrawal hit my account. They said they wouldn’t do anything about it because they sent me an email letting me know it would be renewing. If a company has to give you a million reasons why they are in the right for not refunding your money, I don’t want any part of that company. They offered to give me 6 months free. I guess they weren’t listening when I told them I used the app and wasn’t impressed. I don’t want 6 months “free” so they can have the opportunity to charge my card again. I feel like they are dishonest and GREEDY.

get out while you can. I haven't been charged crazy the way other people have but i could see that happening. This entire thing is AI... it's so creepy. I just did my first yoga lesson and it's completely AI...dystopian. horrifying. And they have AI responses to these reviews and I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing was just invented by a robot. Really scary. canceling now..if they let me.
Great workouts but social media advertising misleading - needs new challenges
I’ve had the app now for a few years. The workouts are really good but it doesn’t seem like anything has been added in a really long time. The New Year challenge still even says 2024. I keep seeing in my social media feeds that they are starting these new challenges, specifically wall Pilates and the new year challenge, but the new year challenge is still the 2024 one and there is no wall Pilates. Though they did add a Pilates workout collection, it’s not a challenge and it’s not wall Pilates. If you are thinking about it I would still recommend signing up for a year because the workouts are great, but maybe cancel after that. I cancelled mine because there hasn’t been a new challenge in years and that’s my favorite part.
Issues
I’ve been really enjoying the app but lately I’ve experienced glitches. Last one is the app sends me notifications for subscription renewal at a “holiday price” but the actual purchase won’t go through. I’m told to “contact developer” but there’s no option for that. Beyond frustrating. Guess my subscription will expire soon…
Love it but…
I wish they’d update the challenges and workouts. I’ve been using four years and may cancel if there aren’t more updates by this spring.
Love the app! But…
The layout of the app is organized and very easy to navigate. The video quality of each workout is great. You can tell there was effort put into this and not just something thrown together to make a quick dollar. My only complaint is, as a beginner in yoga and telling the app I’m a beginner, the videos go way too fast. I’m getting my feet and knees lined up in the proper position and the guy in the video is already in full dog position. Otherwise, no complaints.
Subscription?
I loved this app. It has good options for short and longer yoga workouts. Sadly, I quit using it and cancelled because it lacks motivation when you’re paying for a subscription when there is little to no new content.
They refuse to let you cancel a subscription
Yoga is fine, but they make it really hard to cancel a subscription and do not alert you to the fact that they’re going to charge you. When you reach out to them, they ignore you. It’s unacceptable for subscription services like this to behave this way. Sketchy company with sketchy policies, steer clear.
Will NOT let me cancel subscription
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year now. I thought I accomplished it and deleted the app from my phone, but I have just been charged again. I can’t get anyone to actually help me and will be going to the BBB about this situation. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Outdated New Years Challenge
Nothing new is being added. The new years challenge is from 2024 and we’re a few weeks away from 2026. Loved this app but I won’t be renewing due to the the lack of new content
Nothing like the advertisement
Only for young, overly fit individuals who like rigorous movements. I do not see any of the exercises that are advertised. I feel scammed and there is no refund unfortunately.
I love this app! Need more moves!
Love the app, would love more moves and challenges! I would if more Pilates was added. Some more challenges. The instructors are amazing and I use this app daily. It really gets me to where I need to be mindfully and physically. But to be honest, I need more variety. Due to some injuries, I cannot do all of the workouts, so having some for injured persons would be amazing. Maybe some more meditations. I love them. But there aren’t many. I also love listening to the music. They really help with focus. I would love more variety. Thank you for creating this. It has changed my world. And my body!
Charged after canceling
I cancelled this subscription over a year ago and they charged me for it again this year. Now they claim they can’t find any account associated with me and are refusing to refund the money they STOLE from me.
