If what you are after is a reminder that you're a "good person" and you should chase happiness, this is a good app for you! There are so many cringe instances of the meditations instructing you to "smile" and find "joy" that it seems to invalidate any other emotional experiences. Honestly, it feels like a meditation app designed by tech people who just wrote up some scripts for what the felt would help their egos.

this app is a scam. they deducted the full amount of INR 9100 of 1 year of the first day of trial. they ask you to register and with your bank card and said theyll deducted a certain amount per month theyll give you 7 days trial and say you can cancel anytime, like other apps. I registered. and I didnt get everything on the app free. just few things, i think few of which everyone gets without registering. I've emailed. I've been waiting for a reply for 4 days. please have a look at at the email.

This app experience for the subscription model has been so terrible, once you signup for a free trial, you can never exit this without payment. I ended my free trial well before the end date , however I got automatically rolled onto the monthly subscription . It's as though there is no way to ever have a 'free trial'. Its very unethical and misleading for a mindfulness app. It seems like such a money grab.
