this is by far the best training I have experienced. the effects are extreme and focusing is so natural. for an ADHD adult that is saying alot. & I was in a room with a TV going with volume cranked a bit high. can't wait to do again in a more tranquil setting.

This app has been fabulously helpful to me over the past few months; so much so that my psychologist has now come on board and is using specific meditations and groups as part of my homework. I like the addition of the faith-based meditations, too. Being able to examen different prayer models whilst studying them was incredibly helpful. Plus, it's helped me return to >85% sleep efficiency after a negative life event! (Sleep As Android app, used since 2015 so plenty of data to draw upon! )
I was set up during trial. I removed this app from my phone prior to the ending of the trial period. I also double checked that I ended the trial. I was still charged though I never used this app.

Lots of different things to try in Breeth. You find what you like to listen to.
Just download it installed on my phone went to set everything up as far as I got was my name and then it wouldn't do anything

This app does cost on the free trial it seems like it would be a great app with very calm voices and beautiful scenery to side in the effort of relaxing letting go of your stress so try it if you have money to share

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I no longer want a subscription but unsubscibing seems impossible. I keep trying. The app itself shows that I have a premium subscription but whrn I click on change, it takes me somewhere that says I currently have no subscription. Yet they want to take my money still!

Great content. But the app is useless because the volume when connected to a Bluetooth speaker is so low that it cannot be heard even with the volume turned all the way up on the phone and the speaker

If it crashes and doesn't run right how can it help especially with anxiety and sleep? I uninstalled the app. The less stress the better. Please get it fixed so my fellow folks who suffer from anything you're Breath offers to help them with doesn't get them more frustrated and feeling like they are on the Edge.

it wants you to sign in and has "in app purchases" don't waste your time , YouTube is free without having to sign in to use for meditation videos .
