Hello! The programs in the app were put together by top-notch professional coaches and are designed to reach certain goals. If your selected program doesn’t suit you, feel free to choose another or switch to an easier level. Alternatively, you can create your own workout program and tailor it to yourself. Good luck with your workouts!
I tried one of the workout sets for fat loss. For me, targeted weight makes me discouraged. Everyone should have a different weight that is not targeted. Second, not all workouts have video tutorials, even the basics. And it would be better if the video is from a real person, not 3D animated.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. The weights shown in our training programs are only recommendations, and we kindly encourage you to choose what feels right for you. Your working weight does not affect workout progress. We’ve released the first set of “right/wrong” videos and are already working on adding more. Wishing you great workouts!
I really like this app, but the exercises are limited. please add a more diverse listing, something a bit more modern. look at any social media app of those posting exercises and you'll get it.

I love the app and the variety of gym workouts you get, the diet, supplements recommendations as well as the community. The only issue I have is not being able to lock your previous day(s) workout the next day. For e.g on my cardio days I sometimes forget to lock my sessions because I would've went for an outdoor run and I leave my phone behind, when I get back I forget to lock the workout. I'll only remember the next day but then the app doesn't allow that 😫

very good, but there should be an option to see to prepare my mind for exercises, I don't want to wake up surprised

There's not too many exercise choices without equipment. The great majority of what's listed is different kinds of planks, squats, push ups, and jumping/clapping. That might be enough for some people, but im looking for stuff that I don't normally think of off the top of my head. I'm trying to find stuff i can do to stay healthy without straining my chronic pain. Once I picked through all the choices that might work for me I was left with only 12 exercises. Other apps had more ideas than this.

great for following a plan but i had a nosey round and now can't find old workouts really frustrating.

Hello! To change the plan, please go to "Workouts" and tap the button with the three lines in the upper right corner. Your workout plans should appear there, and you’ll be able to open the one you need.
