I'm at a bit of a loss how a workout app does not include push-ups (and some other common exercises) as a default. Apart from that it is excellent, and I like that there is no account signup
Simple to use, does everything you need to monitor your progress. Great little app. My only observation is that any future exercises appear on the activity graphs. It would be better if they only appear once the set has been ticked as complete..
this is an excellent app! suggestion: it would be cool if you could setup a workout plan and get custom reminders and encouragement for upcoming workouts.
this app is great and if you add a picture showing what each exercise is it would be a 5 star app for me!
It’s a good program. Thank you for your efforts. It would be great if you could add some new features in future updates. I’d like to be able to edit the name of each exercise in the section where I record my logs. It would be helpful to have options for RPE scale, warm-up sets, drop sets, and training to failure. Also, it would be great if I could export each day’s workout with full details. And adding a timer for time-based exercises would be very useful.
Wicked app, but please add hip adductor, and hip abductor.
