Big fan of this app. It delivers everything you need but remains very simple and minimalist. It's genuinely Ad free even in the free version which is incredible these days! I love the trend charts that allow you to track progress over time. Real easy to use interface.
I really don't get it to have some options like time exercises it asks to purchase other app, I did but basically the app does not running on timer.

An excellent, no nonsense workout tracking app
I've had this app a while and with the latest update it is everything I could possibly need. Super easy to log daily routines. Easily check your previous workout's numbers while logging your new one. View graphs and stats for those workouts along with calculated max weight values for various rep counts. Highly recommend for anyone interested in tracking your numbers to maximize results. Update, 2026: Still my go-to for logging workouts, paid the few bucks to support an awesome app 💪
absolutely phenomenal app for experienced gym goers to configure however which way they want. I haven't seen a single other workout tracking app with this much customizability, even in it's free form the app is magnificent. no ads in free mode either.

Simple workout app that gives you all you need for free. Although I would love some features like widgets to add to my home screen, this app is already perfect as a workout tracker without ads

3 years using and still the BEST minimalist design with all the basics you need. Easy customization of exercises. Love the basic tracking of weight per day and cardio. Been using for over 2 years now. Oh and my favorite feature is having a favorites tab and customize workout plan easily!

Great app, would suggest splitting the legs category into quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes and adductors like it is done in the upper body, apart from that it's amazing, simple, intuitive and most importantly add-free.
I've been using this app for 2 years, and it's nice and simple, great way to track my sets and reps. there's nothing unnecessary, no images, only numbers, words and table, perfect.

Needs cloud backup I have used this app since I was like 16 years old. every time I get a new phone I have to start all over. which isnt a serious life issue. but I find myself sometimes trying to think of old routines or machines at certain gyms that I dont go to anymore. i wish there was an option to back up data to an account thats not tied to google or microsoft or facebook or instagram or an email account. like if I could make an account using my state or gov issued ID.
Update: Feb 2026, 9 years later, I still love this app! Easy to use, no ads, add, delete, and edit exercises, routines, more. 2017: I love this app! I have tried several others but none compare for ease of use and tracking. Great job on creating this app and thank you for it!
This is everything I wanted, no annoying ads or pop of videos. The app is simply to use and very well thought of! If a workout is not there, you can easily add it or even create a category for it without any issues. I just started working out, and this only helped me stay consistent with my goals. I love how simple it is and how it keeps track of my growth If you are looking for a simple fitnote app, definitely recommend this app!♡ I

It’s a good program. Thank you for your efforts. It would be great if you could add some new features in future updates. I’d like to be able to edit the name of each exercise in the section where I record my logs. It would be helpful to have options for RPE scale, warm-up sets, drop sets, and training to failure. Also, it would be great if I could export each day’s workout with full details. And adding a timer for time-based exercises would be very useful.

Really one of the best fitness apps out there in my opinion. Simple and easy to use, but still packs a lot of useful features.
Simply Convenient
Installed this app probably 6 years ago and worked out pretty regularly for 2 years. I backed up my progress via the in app utility to my gdrive. Stopped working out for a while, got a new phone, remembered this app, reinstalled and restored my backup from years ago. Picked right back up where I left off. I can't think of too many apps where the experience would be similar. 10/10
