It was nearly 5 stars till it asked for money. It's definitely not worth the money. I will go back to using YouTube where it's free

Hi Scott, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. There is a premium and free version of Seven. In the free version you have access to the Full Body workout, hourly live sessions and the 7 month challenge. You'll unlock a new workout for every two months you complete in the challenge. Best, Savannah
It's very buggy and doesn't stay 'active', so it's very hard to see what exercise you're doing. When the screen times out, you lose the app and have to restart and find your place, which is a very cumbersome process that slows what is supposed to be a very simple exercise routine.

It's only free for a week then they want you to pay a ridiculous amount for a subscription. Uninstalled and downloading Fiton, it's actually free.
