Barcode scanner is junk
I’ve tried scanning six different barcodes and it won’t pick up any of them

I subscribed to a free trial and did not want to renew it and was charged with no eligible refund
It could be good, but…
The scanner function rarely works, it’s hard to track multiple days or look at an overview of your week
Barcode scanner not working
Part of the hook of this app is being able to use the camera to scan and log your food via barcode or picture. Its not working, just constantly in “scanning mode” and doesn’t actually log the food. Instead I am now having to manually search or even create food items that I know are common enough. Its a bit frustrating especially after paying the yearly membership…
Disappointed
Love the App. Would give it a 5, but when I upgraded my iPhone I lost all of my information. Very disappointing.
Scanner doesn’t work
I started using the app and love how it counts and tracks calories. I specifically paid the yearly fee to have access to scanner. The scanner quit working. I deleted app to upload again. All my information was deleted. I started over. The scanner worked for a day and then quit working again.
Don’t waste your time or $
In theory this app is helpful but it’s way behind on technology. The barcode scanner doesn’t work and it’s not working with AI tech and takes more effort than other trackers.
