Paid membership
I bought the membership for the year and then got a new phone. This morning I tried to open the app on my new iPhone and the app refuses to pull my paid membership. I paid for 12 months and I still have 6 months left. Scammer company! Im spreading the word about this company far and wide.
Not Free
Says it’s free when you download. The only thing it gives you for free is your optimal calorie count.
Completely Unusable + Poor Support
I was a paid version user until now. The app is entirely non-responsive — I can’t tap or interact with anything, making it unusable. Support was equally disappointing. Despite explaining the issue clearly and confirming I had already tried basic troubleshooting, I received a generic, dismissive response that didn’t address the problem at all. If an app doesn’t work and support won’t actually help, there’s no reason to keep it. I’ve already switched to a better alternative.
New update crashed it
I use to love this app but the new update crashed it and it's so glitchy now. I've updated it twice and it's still struggling hard. Did we really need to add an AI scanner? Why can't we just do the work to add our own food like adults instead of using AI for every little thing.

I trusted the advertising and installed the app and subscribe, in less than 24h I realized there’s a lot missing and there are a lot of much better apps than this , It didn’t allow me to refund the one year payment even though I didn’t used it for 24h
Nope
When you can’t even select your weight when setting up the account because they cut it off at 287 pounds, it’s pretty clear the app isn’t inclusive. Had to delete and choose a different app.
It doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. It will not allow me to enter food to track macros like it says it will. Not only that but I paid for a year, sent an email to the seller and they have not replied to my email about a refund or fixing the app. I’m very disappointed with them, do not get this app.
Not Happy
I’m only using this app because I paid for it. This app scanner is always wrong. And that’s very dangerous.
Charged and Data Was Lost
I purchased this subscription and somehow my data was deleted and my subscription acts like it’s non existent. I called apple support and they refuse to refund me for a yearly subscription that I paid even though I no longer have access to the app as a paid subscriber.

States free trial then charges you $20

The app is decent. I did one of their free trials as they said I would get a notification when it’s over before I get charged. They charged me a couple bucks anyways and would not refund me. Decent app but maybe stop marketing a “free” trial thats not actually free. Now I lost money on an app I’m not even intending to use.

It advertises on the internet that it’s free. Nowhere in the description does it say it’s a free trial. This is inconvenient as you have to install it, take the quiz…then it says it’ll charge you after a 3 day trial. Poor business practice.
Horrible App barcode scanner won’t work
This app is quite possibly the worst meal tracking app I’ve ever used. It cannot scan any barcode on any food item. Stay away from this app!
Missing my data, lacking features of convenience
It doesn’t track my weight from my scale app, and I have to manually input my weight every time, which is a hassle. I uninstalled and then installed the app again, but the subscription I bought did not come back. You’re better off with an app like Lose It that offers more features and doesn’t delete your info like this app.

This a mix of shredded chicken and equal amounts of Monterey Jack triple cheddar and cream cheese wrapped in a flattened buttermilk biscuit or crescent roll and baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This app sucks. I wish I could give it zero stars it dupes you into $20 yearly fee for nothing but a way to track how much water you drink and you have to manually type in what you eat for it to count your calories. So much better apps out there that scan your food and give you everything you need without you typing everything in. It sucks. Trust me.
Useful app but requires constant reviews
App asks for a review every time I use it. The product is useful, but give me a break on the constant solicitation of feedback.
