Barley noticed
I barely noticed a difference after a year. While it has the weights going up 5 pounds a day the actual muscle gain can’t keep up. I don’t like this app but maybe it’s just me and my body so…

Overall, this app has been really great to plan my workouts. The complaint that I have now is that I got a new phone and I updated to the latest version. Usually when I make my own custom work out, it’s there but now that I’m clicking on one of the workouts open, it keeps giving me the option to buy either the monthly or yearly membership. I keep closing that window and doesn’t let me open up my workouts now. Is there a way to fix this?
Overrated app, not for more advanced users
Needs to be easier to add exercises or change workouts around. When you do add an exercise it allows you to only add it working one body part even if it’ll work more. Also, the app wants to keep you weak. It keeps on recommending weights that are too low despite me changing it constantly, and it will keep on recommending the same too low weight the next workout. And probably the most annoying thing I found is once you get to the post workout stretching, they don’t allow to go back and add another exercise.
