Have to enter glucose twice
The app has a good design and gets good updates. However entering glucose reading only actually saves the value every other time it is entered. It's just annoying having to workaround by entering it twice in a row for it to save.
Broken dynamic calorie counter
I don’t know what’s happening with the server after all these years that I’ve worn this item, but it is broken and it is one of the reasons why I use this particular device. I have called and sought out technical assistance with no resolve and all I was given was a case number after the issue was not fixed. The device is now down to reduce capability and I am only able to use it for so much. I really feel like they’re letting the whole device and its parameters become degraded and that the maintainers do not care. I would really love to remain a customer of this product. I really wish someone could give me an answer from the other side.

This is my 3rd fitbit And I’m very disappointed-it is not user friendly - it has a mind of its own Not good when I can’t tell the time- as it puts itself in sleep mode and I can’t get it off

Update problem
The new update appears to not show the food calorie content on the home page of the app.
FIX THE BUGS
Updates don’t actually update. Setting a goal weight, and water intake don’t work. And steps keep going down. This should all flow seamlessly and not be affected by other systems. Makes me want to get rid of Fitbit.
Calories
The calorie tab on the dashboard stopped displaying calories recorded. Tried all recommended recovery steps to no avail.

Does not link with apple phone. Impossible.
