Oh boy. Well the only thing that syncs is the lifetime. Goals don’t sync from my phone to iPad, or any of my Apple Watches. All running lates OS.

This app is not needed. It doesn’t add anything to Apple Health except for some brighter graphics. It doesn’t compute anything and doesn’t even capture all the workouts in Health. It is not customizeable to be better.
