Silly
I can't get it to sync well with my watch my phone, but it's great with thinking to my cloud and having all my pertinent information and then all the silly colors I just wanna know how many steps I take in a day and my blood pressure and I want it recorded so I can share it with an app from my work, but that doesn't seem to be easy and I'm very frustrated. I want to delete completely delete all my information and of course that's not easy either.
Must pay to use
The app won’t let you try ANYTHING without getting a trial period that instantly turns into a paying subscription once it’s over. Super scummy tactics. Can’t I see what the app has before doing this? Quickest one star review I’ve ever given :)
They put existing features behind a paywall
Used to be able to have access to the app, but now they are requiring you subscribe. Whenever I open the app it prompts me to sign up For a trial. Closing and reopening the app doesn’t resolve it.
Misleading subscription practice
Misleading subscription practices. I tried to cancel before my free trial is over. I am not sure why that did not go through properly, but now I am obligated to pay $20/month for an entire year before they will honor my cancellation request.
Awful Terrible
This app does not show anything, all it says is 0%. I exercise everyday, track what I eat, but this app fails to do so for me. I have to manually track everything with a pen and paper. It gives me notifications all day long of zero percent. I have Apple One, so I do not know why it does not pick up everything I have in Apple Health & regular Fitness. Do not purchase this app. I tried tweaking all the settings, it still displays nothing.
Not Free
This app gives you the impression is free. But it is not free only a free seven day trial without the option of looking through it with without a paid credit card. I deleted it because I was unable to even explore the app without giving them my credit card number. After reading some of the reviews, I would’ve liked to explore it to see if it was worth it, but not willing to put my credit card number out there and then discovered that the app is garbage. Forced subscription
Forces you to subscribe before you can even get into the app. Disgusting Update: the developer replied just to confirm that a subscription is required. LOL!
Billing system is unclear
I will preface this by saying that all of the information they are making you pay to access, used to be available for FREE in the health app on your phone. My next issue is that it says you can sign up for $29.99 one time “lifetime” payment. However upon signing up for it and looking at my Apple subscriptions it actually shows that it will renew and bill me again in 12 months. So not really lifetime at all. Also when you look at subscription options in your Apple account there are several annual premium options but no explanation of the difference between each tier.

WTH… This was horrific
First, I got the app with the impression that it’d be free… but instead it’s a pay app, and there is no choice at all to do it for free other than the free trial! Ofc I tried the free trial and it worked for the first couple days, but after the third day it stopped working, and being functional. But everything else on my watch worked so it was just the app my friend also tried and it did the same thing, so it wasn’t just me! I would recommend to not get! Have fun tho if you want to go ahead but I personally hate it. Overall this sucked a lot a lot

Does not sync with watch, such as. blood pressure, O/2 sat,EKG. So many things not explained. Also does not record water intake Overall too expensive for what pay for! Worst ever!
Unusable
Forces me to purchase a subscription just to use the app. I can’t even test its features with the free version, what’s the point of having a free client if I can’t use even half or a quarter of the features for free? Just make the app a paid app and be done with it. Makes it look like a scam

I was charged twice, once for the lifetime subscription and then once again the next day for the annual subscription. The app works well, but the stealing of my money is NOT cool.
