App isn't conducive to families. You have to log out then back in to access a different person's scripts. If you order and pay using the app, you have to use a unique email address for each person in your family. Meaning if you are ordering meds for kids, you have use a unique email for each kid. You can't request filling a script if it's the first time getting it filled. The app doesn't send the pharmacy the order for meds automatically for individual scripts on hold, like controlled substances

Absolutely the worst service there could possibly be. Prescription is rarely delivered on time.

there's no way to there's no way to see your prescriptions and they don't fill them online so I haven't asked them for no reason that doesn't do anything other than let me talk to an AI
