Latest update reduced font size terribly. Make app zoomable!!! Videos either hang or take forever to load. Keeps launching itself and consumes resources every 2-3 hrs. 4/5/26. This app takes f- o-r-e-v-e-r to load-usually 30-45 seconds since the last 3 or so updates. B/c of this, it's no longer my go-to sports app. Sad! Also, can't zoom to increase or decrease font size. Some words overlap.

Just switched to a Google Pixel Pro 10 XL and the app will not send any notifications at all. Settings are all correct. I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled but will still not send any of my team favorite notifications or any notifications at all! It is updated to latest version. It was working just fine on previous OnePlus phone. Poor form, CBS.

Support is responsive but essentially useless/incompetent. My latest interaction with them earns a 2 star review (and that is generous) as they tried to tell me a new bug I reported was desired behavior and has been the way the app has always functioned. Not the case, the issue appeared a few months ago, and not worth trying to convince them further. The app overall is decent, usable, but when the support is painfully subpar, can't give more than 2 stars.
