I've tried to cancel my subscription and there's no where where I can do this. I've visited Marqee website from PC and phone. nothing showing allowing me to cancel. Google subscriptions show nothing as well.

I just tried logging in AGAIN, and marquee asked me which way I wanted to sign in? To which I replied my service provider. It took me to the service provider page that didn't show any provider names, so it tells you to click here for more providers, but that doesn't work either. Can you guess what works perfectly? If you want to subscribe for an extra $19.95 a month + tax. Isn't that amazing??? No Thank You

terrible So off it's not funny. Repeats itself, voices and the play is off-sync. terrible customer service, only available 1 hour before game, if you email them no response.

cool features for WrigleyVision but the app is unstable. Crashes frequently when in use, and forces me to remove/reinstall to login - which it seemingly requires after every session.

It constantly closes and stops casting. Even when it is the only app running on my device, it will just stop. Casting will disconnect for no reason. It needs work, but since it is the only way to watch the majority of Cubs games, you're stuck.

I can't believe the Chicago Cubs. I cannot find a better streaming nap. For their games, because this app is terrible. Garbage, it goes in and out every fifteen minutes, unacceptable, especially for how much money the owners and the players make? They should have the best streaming app available for their fans. Because that's who supports them

Wish there was a 10/15 second seek forward button instead of the live option. Would make going through pitch by pitch much easier if starting the game late! Otherwise love the app!

awful. has to be relaunched every half inning. also when did we start putting ads in the middle of play? at least tell JD and Boog because it would seem they don't know. they will be talking away and an ad will cut them off. That's gross, especially considering we pay 20$ a month for an app that we use once a day for 2 and a half hours at a time. (when it works) all of this money you would think they would spend a bit more on the team but what do I know.

$20 a month and the worst app experience I've ever had. The app crashes while casting every single time unless you keep the app actively open on your phone. I've also tried casting from my desktop but the audio delays every time. Google should seriously pull the app from the store. Do not waste your money or hope it's going to be fixed because it's been like this for months.

If you are looking for an app that costs more than Netflix and offers a fraction of the value, this is the one for you! No TV app and trying to cancel my subscription is a pain. The audio and video are consistently out of sync. This really is the worst app I've ever used and 2nd worst isn't close.

I only use this app because it is my only option. It's ok if you only want to watch live games, but don't expect a good experience if you plan on starting an in progress game from the beginning, if you want to navigate forward/back, or if you want to pause and resume. This is year 2 of the service and it is still missing basic QOL features and has glitches that I never have with other streaming apps. This is a $20 per month streaming service in 2025 that DOESNT EVEN HAVE A FAST FORWARD BUTTON!

worst streaming app I have ever used. if the screen times out, it stops streaming. Not smart TV friendly, especially google TV. If you aren't subscribed to a steaming service that has this bundled in, it's not very user-friendly. I'm glad I'm not a Cubs/Chicago sports fan. i stopped watching the game today and had to unplug my TV to get the app to stop playing on my fire TV. Do not use this awful app.

constantly glitching, audio/video not syncing up EVERY GAME, problems with casting to tv nearly every game...i mean what ISNT wrong with this app? complete garbage for $20 a month. thanks, cubs! 🙄

I've got a fix for the casting issues (atleast with Android phones). Start the cast, then restart your phone with the cast running. The cast will no longer be interrupted and you can then use your phone to do other things without affecting the cast. I don't know why this works, but it does.

Really disappointed that I can't download this app to ANY of my TVs and when I'm casting to the TV from my phone, the connection is absolutely horrible. Fix the issue or make an app that's compatible with TVs!

This has to be, by far, the worst streaming platform I have ever used. It forever cuts out and you don't even have an app on Chromecast. Get it together already, it's 2025!!!!

Stuck between giving it a one star and the two I'm giving. Constantly buffering, even when on my home WiFi watching on the phone. It's quite annoying on a pivotal play that it stops and has to buffer. Leads to me giving up on watching while I'm away from the house and switching over to the Audcy app and listening to the score broadcast

it's good and works well normally but if you exit the app, it keeps playing in the background and plays over any other app youre using. it's annoying to have to shut off my TV just to have the app turn off

I have this app on my phone and Roku TVs. The worst app ever. $20 a month gets you "out of area" issues, even though I'm in my home in Lake Bluff, IL. Then my phone app said I need to have an account. I do! I pay $20 a month and I'm logged in. I cancelled yesterday. I want to call my CC company and get a refund for June. I tried calling Marquee, literally just voicemail. What a joke!

absolutely horrible app smfh it signs you out of your tv all the time then your password don't work like dude I've got it written down right here and saved in my phone the password & username is correct. its very glitchy af. bout ready to change teams over their network like if i can't watch the games anyway why be a fan. at least other teams I can watch 😮‍💨

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Premiums are being deducted each month by both Google Play and Marquee Sports Network. I have had to report Marquee Sports Network every month since March to the fraud department of my bank. Marquee says they are not deducting fees and that I don't have an account with them, but then they show me the information on what they deducted from my account. Worst customer service ever! And it is impossible to cancel!!!

Controls for fast forwarding are terrible. It says 30 seconds, 60 seconds, but you don't really know where it'll ever start and stop. Sometimes the fast forward is just plain missing. If I didn't want to watch the Cubs game, I wouldn't use this at all. I will cancel at the end of the season.
