Garbage app. Somehow has gotten worse from last season. First quarter of the nuggets game today the picture was in and out. Second quarter has lost sound.
For paying nearly $20 a month, you get glitchy games, and no audio.
Super glitchy, no Roku. It's a start I guess... Absolute garbage.

This app is horrible, can't watch the games because it freezes. I put it on 480 p and it can barely keep up. Does not like to be screen shared for some reason.
I love the idea of this app, but it's absolutely terrible. the stream cuts out constantly, especially when using Chromecast. I have to frequently log into my DirecTV account because it keeps losing the connection. and the UX overall is just bad.

The app for Android TV 14 just hangs for me now. It was working fine to start the season, but now I can't get past the opening screen with the Altitude+ graphic.

$20 for 20 minutes of frustration. Choppy junk that is unwatchable. I already cancelled. Hopefully I'll have the time to try to get my money back.
The app doesn't remember your account or TV provider. 95% of the time it doesn't work. Somehow they almodt made watching CO sports even more of a pain than before...

Keeps telling me that I need to subscribe, even tho I already made the payment days ago. The app is up to date and I have already tried many times logging out and in. As well as deleting and downloading the app again.
you people have some neeve making this the only place I can watch my team and then making the app the worst-performing streaming platform I've ever seen. unbelievable. $20 a month for a non-functional platform is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be canceling my purchase and requesting a refund immediately.
I purchased a subscription today through Google. But every time I log on to the app it says no payment has been processed. I have the receipt from Google that you have received the money but you're system doesn't seem to recognize it. I have verified im using the same email address to log into both accounts.

Just paid $20. App on the TV kept crashing so I tried to watch it on my laptop, it was buffering constantly so we had no choice to stream on a random server. Just trying to watch my favorite team. If they don't fix this app I'm deleting...Not worth the money
This app doesn't work on roku or screen casting. The online version doesn't work either. The only way to watch the Avs is to do it on my phone screen. So if you are looking to watch alone on a tiny screen, this app is fine. Very upset I spent $20 for this month.
