$200 a year and I have pop up adds all over my screen.
it's absurd that if you start a little late it instantly spoils the score. this is such a simple feature to build.
app is decent, but watching on the browser im at least 2 min behind the app, espn and broadcast television. please fix the browser and ill change my review. and now pop up ads on screen? pure trash app, prob go back to pirating streams next season lol, just kidding, id never do that...
The app works well enough to stream games. You do have to deal with invasive popup gambling ads and an invasive settings/gambling odds bar on the right side of the screen that even when you turn off leaves the gear wheel constantly on the screen. For a paid subscription this is incredibly frustrating to deal with, remove those and this service would be 5 stars.
So much lag. 10 secs of lag for every 45 secs of play. Been this way all season. Browser streaming not much better. Totally not worth it.

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used. Doesn't matter if it's on your phone or tv or computer or iPad or anything, its riddled with bugs and just flat out doesnt work most of the time. Constantly asks me to reauthenticate on the tv app so I just quit using it and airplay from my phone now. Large betting ads pop up during games and cover a third of the screen for at least 20 seconds per ad for a service you already pay for. This service and app is a joke

Its the only streaming app that we have thats constantly freezing, its so frustrating. More times than not, its also fuzzy. We love watching basketball. , please fix it🙏
Cynical billionaire family monetizes a beloved local team and then refuses to offer support for smart tv's like Samsung. F Kroenke sports. 20 dollars a month and you can't download a TV app? it's going 2 years for God's sake.
I love altitude and KSE, but this app is horrible. I have tried to use fast forward and reverse, but it constantly skips back and forth. The banner with the name of the game and playback bar/settings gets stuck and won't disappear. I know I can watch multiscreen on my phone, but was unable to on my TV. And finally, I was watching OT on the Dallas game, probably 8 minutes behind, just as the shootout started, the live view switched to the post-game and I missed the end because it removed the game

Sending betting pop-ups every 90 seconds?? this is not what I pay for and the only reason you're getting away with it is because we can't watch Avs games anywhere else. keep it up and I guarantee I'll find a way to watch it elsewhere and cancel my sub.

horrific lol. I've been paying for this subscription for months and no matter what I do the damn app refuses to believe that I have a subscription through the account that I literally pay for the subscription for. it's a known issue. any app developer or company that allows that to happen is literally stealing, so I'm good. imma bow out
constantly crashes after 30 seconds to a minute. I have tried to restart, clear cache or reinstall the app 😑
This app is cumbersome to use. The fast-forward hardly works, the preview box above the time line showing where you'll be at when you stop fast-forwarding is completely wrong. When you pause it, you can't get back to the play button to resume and half the time it kicks you out of what you were watching and you have to start all over again. Its pretty surprising how badly this is designed.
I've tried the app and website -- all very poor experience. I just beg for more Nuggets games to be on ESPN, PRIME, or anything else
so slow audio is faster than visual. have to constantly exit app. I have a new TV and fiber optic cable for internet. tests at 2200,so it's not on my end. as well as Ethernet cable. app is garbage.
The Amazon TV app crashes within a minute of streaming. I contacted their support department and they are less than helpful. All they would do is send the same list of troubleshooting steps I perfomed a million times over the past few months and before I contacted them. They stated I don't have any devices connected when I was able to stream to all of my devices. I was actively streaming when they killed my connection. They are refusing to help. Don't download the app or pay for this service.
If you expect to cadt this to a TV even with the most premium internet package, don't do it. It will skip and stutter ever with gigabyte ethernet to the TV. Canceling as soon as I can. guess I can't watch the Avs historic season.

There's basically no way to use the website or app that gets to anything like "watchable" by any standard of any other comparable sports streamer. Absolute garbage. Disconnects my TV provider anytime I try to watch anything. I literally cannot watch anything on this app.
betting advertisements are popping up over the live game!!! there is no way to stop this from what I can tell! even illegal streams don't have ads pop up over the game! especially during play. why on earth did you do this??
Why am I paying more than Netflix for a service that isn't supported on my Samsung TV and cannot consistently cast to my TV either? This is a total disappointment.
An amateur design that crashes more than it streams
Has to be the worst streaming service in the world. We waited all this time for an option to watch and what we finally get is absolutely dog meat. Unbelievable. Update: its actually even worse than I initially thought. Freezes up constantly. Dont waste your money. Update 2: It's now gotten to the point where the app is completely unusable. I resigned to the task of uninstalling and reinstalling for every use, sometimes multiple times per game. Now it just doesn't work at all.
No FF or RW on anything
App is terrible. Service always seems to be buffering. It's too bad I actually need this App to watch my teams. Very disappointed.

we have altitude on multiple TVs and phones. I'm really disappointed in the reliability for the price of the service. we only use this for watching avalanche games, nothing else. It's just not worth the cost at all. The app is glitchy, and they don't even have all the games. in order to watch all the games I have to subscribe to multiple services, which is absolutely absurd. In addition to that, I can't watch the games when I'm out of town, even on my same devices.Mobile data doesn't work either

Absolute garbage app. constantly the video skips (I attempt multiple devices, and run speed tests, only this app skips, no other streaming services do). Commercials create a black screen that I have to exit the program and come back in order to get a picture (again happens on multiple devices). For the price paid, you would expect a better experience. I get they own the contract for the AVS, so I HAVE to put up with this garbage if I want to watch the games. Absolute trash app.

Have trouble everytime opening the app, theres about a 20% chance I even get logged in and if I do it lags. Needs fixed.
fails to load video many times. I usually have to open, plus in my TV provider, and then completely close the app as video never loads right away. usually have to log in 5 times. edit: no longer loads at all, fully broken application, and HUGE waste of money.
DOES NOT WORK IN ARIZONA!!! I have made numerous attempts for this app to work and reached out to them over and over and still nothing. I live in arizona and they even checked my location yet ALL THE GAMES ARE BLOCKED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
IT support is non existent. Reactivated the same subscription I used last year with the same email address. paid for my first month. service was not functional. emailed their tech support as there is no phone number. they asked for proof of purchase. sent it. they created a ticket. never heard back for several weeks. once I finally did they claimed the issue was fixed and were closing the ticket. I replied back several times. no response. issue still happening. can't watch games. useless app
App is super glitchy. Their customer service is worse than imaginable. I have altitude network through spectrum but it refuses to connect. CS rep was useless. Kroenke sports blew goats hard with this app.
does not work on my samsung android phone. there is no audio. rarely I will get audio for 30 seconds then it crashes and there will be no audio for the rest of the game. wild to charge a premium monthly fee for a app that does not work. and then do nothing to fix it. this has been an issue for along time. I have gone through every step you can think of to fix it. it is 100% the android app. I works fine on my fire stick on my tv.

glitchy video. sound goes in and out. for $20/month this should work far better, and have more (modern) features, than it does. happy to update the review if you fix your product.
