Ive been using Flo since 2023 and I had given it a 5 starts but now I was forced to change it. from tracking my period I had changed it to conceive and even when I put that my ovulation test is negative it doesn't change it on the calendar it would still say "high chance of fertility" I feel that, that should be changed and start tracking it to better predict fertility window not just my period.

I signed up for premium. Shortly afterwards my phone deleted the app & all my data was lost, even after signing in with google. All data lost. Thank goodness i still have my old scholl free P Tracker app with all my data. Highly recommend you use another app with this one as it can loose your data, which is a mission to update manually.

it seems like a nice app but I hate that they don't tell you you have to pay to even do anything at all. its really annoying they say they want to help yet they limit the amount of people who can access the app by making you pay for it..

Aw man, came back to this app after a few years. Pretty much every single feature you previously had access to is now locked behind a paywall. Female reproductive health education is a joke, and the app filled in a ton of information gaps. It was so helpful to have that information as a teen, you know, since girls start their periods as minors. Sad to see what this has become considering kids really can't and should not be paying subscriptions.

It could've been a great app, if they didn't put like hundreds of adds, you can't click on anything without and add popping out. Also it somehow deleted all my tracking, which pissed me off and I had to delete the app. I would not recommend. Even with the controversy they faced not so long ago.

2 because 3 would mean average goodness. You're not a 1 because you're not complete trash. I like the aesthetics of the app. It's pretty to look at, and easy to use AFTER you go through the millions of pages of questions. Mad annoying. You should be able to download the app, login in or create account and THEN go through all those questions. Or give us an option to skip all that. If I say I don't wanna upgrade or take the offer then it shouldn't keep popping up like an ad asking me if I want it

This app says you have to be at least 13 to use this app. But not everyone have their periods at 13

Developer response

Hi Aliya! We're very sorry to hear this! Flo takes user privacy seriously. We do not collect or process personal data about minors. This is why we can’t provide you with our app before you turn 13 in accordance with COPPA. We hope to see you with us later! Best regards, Flo Team

I hate the commercialisation of info of our own bodies. Women shouldn't have to get health info through a paywall. I like the tracking, and reminders but that's about all I can do

App is useful but not for the cost and it takes 5-7 button clicks and alternate avenues to cancel a subscription which is extremely off putting in addition to having never received an email notification of a subscription billing. These practices seem kind of predatory and meant to make it hard for someone to cancel or even realize they are being charged. Good Job on that I guess?

Developer response

Hi Samantha! We’re very sorry to hear that. You can find information on cancelling your subscription here: https://help.flo.health/hc/en/articles/360042141652- Please contact us directly from the app if you need assistance: Menu — Help — Contact us. We’d be happy to help! Kind regards, Flo Team
