Broken
The latest update broke the app. I can sign in but I can’t see anything including my children’s Youth On Course IDs.
Site navigation problems
I renewed my grandson‘s account yesterday and the app still shows as expired. There is no way to get up with a live person to discuss any questions or problems. You have to wait for someone to get back to you via email when you have a question or problem.
Terrible organization.
Please beware of giving this organization any financial information. When you cancel your membership they will continue to draw money from your account for years. You will call them, they will not call you back. You will try to contact them online and they will not respond. You will finally get someone to answer, they will tell you it has been cancelled, but will still never give you your money back. For an organization with such a worthwhile mission.. well, yeah. Just don’t.
Great organization, bad app
This is not a review of Youth on Course, which is wonderful. The app, however, just doesn’t work. Tried to find courses, couldn’t click through. Logged out, couldn’t log back in. Reset password, got an error message. Deleted the app and uploaded again, now I’m locked out. Luckily I was able to find courses on the website; I called with my kids’ membership numbers and was able to book that way. I’d wanted to introduce them to golf but it seemed cost prohibitive; now they’re able to play. Super happy about that, and the annual membership fee is not an issue. I just cannot use the app.

App is Barely Usable
Dear App Developers, have you actually tried using this app? Buttons are hidden under the bottom menu and it is barely functional.
Awful App
Can’t log in, 100 error messages appear every time. I have reset my password and username multiple times now. Must be a scam app or it’s so awful that it can’t function properly. Stay away from this app.

Nothing about this works
All the profile buttons are disabled It sends you into a loop of updating member info It’s a great program in theory, but it’s not just the app. The website is god awful as well with nested headers and the same loop to update member info, but fields aren’t synced to the app! So far it’s about two hours with filling and refilling forms in a very simple flow that never should have made it past QA. Hopefully it’s easy to get make use of the program calling a course because right now I’d say it’s worth it to just not play golf at all or maybe pay full price based on how bad this app is.

Trouble Logging in
I created an account payed the $15 and now the app will not let me log in. I’ve tried everything from changing passwords to usernames I don’t know how to get my money back or how to get it to work.
