Regarding Discord Moderators
I’m giving a 1 star because I joined the discord to have fun and talk about PrizePicks with other people but the moderators in PrizePicks seem to power trip and ban and time people out for very small reasons and I don’t understand why or how these people got to there position but we need an internal discussion on how these resources and ambassadors are allowed to time people out because they “feel like it”

Don’t use this app ever trust me I’ve just started sports betting and my first parlay I hit for 100 dollars I was so happy until I couldn’t withdraw my money I tried time after time to get it back and it didn’t work so I tried to call them but of course ironically you can only text a bot and the bot wouldn’t even respond to my questions for 3 days now I’ve been trying to get my money and now I’ve been logged out of my account and it won’t let me back in the app is a waste and it literally stole my money at the end of the day these people are thief’s it’s disgusting that they do this to people

The app layout is poor, very little to actually wager on, bets have minimum required wager amounts that are $20 or higher, tried to withdraw my $10 once I realized how bad the app was, got denied. Customer support says “play through requirement” meaning you have to wager, other apps allow withdraws immediately after deposit if you want your money back. Don’t download this mess, move on to the next.

This app is sad. They have a guy for a demon for two days straight. He doesn’t do anything for two days on the third day they make him a green goblin. This how they get you and that’s not right. They should make that person higher payout since he hasn’t done anything for days not make him less of a payout.

I’ve lost at least 9 contests in a row by HALF A DAMN POINT. Then, yesterday they give me a free$15 lineup with no restrictions and I was excited. I did a 2 pick nba picks and they rebooted 1 pick and the other hit. It said they refunded but after 4 rounds of chat with CS, I’m still out the free pick. All that is not cool man, not cool.

I deposited into my account(which it makes you do while signing up) only to realize that i cannot bet on sports in my state. I went to withdraw and they have a “1x play through requirement” before you can withdraw YOUR OWN MONEY. Its one thing if you got some promo sign up bonus but this is purely just my cash that they will not refund me. Awful 1st experience

After I placed a high cost pick my account got deactivated, the team claimed I was multi- accounting my account which is against there protocols but I never shared my password, nor went against there protocol. They deny to give me my refund from the picks of that day!

Absolute joke of an app now. Genuinely used to care about their customers, but now it’s just a joke. First of all, you can’t even make 2 withdrawals within 24 hours.
