Unhelpful customer service
I have been attempting to solve a simple problem for months and my issue is not resolved. I have been bounced around and ignored after calling about 8 times and multiple emails.
Great products that don’t last
Yes they have great products to choose from, but be cautious in what you buy. The company can’t even do anything for you when their product doesn’t even last more than 70 days. Money well wasted.
1/4 wins Fan Cash Friday my @$$
They advertise this fan cash Friday plinko style game and the very middle is 0$, all the way up to a pretty high amount every Friday. They advertise it as 1/4 tries wins. I think I’ve won 5$ maybe 3 times in like the past year, and the decietfulness causes me to use other Sportsbooks, but I know someone who uses fanatics exclusively and spends a decent amount and they regularly get $10, $50, sometimes $75 spots in there’s. So it’s not random, like their main readable ad shows. It’s directly related to how much you spend with them. That’s honestly expected, and not a novel idea, but the mass ads and notifications I get to lure me in to play that, which is the only reason I open the app anymore bc their promos are terrible compared to others, are just deceitful.
No Free Shipping
Ordered dozens of items through the app. Free shipping, no matter the minimum. Now it's charging $29 for shipping even though the description in the app store says free shipping. I'm not sure what changed and customer service has no idea either
