I hit pause the subscription Now on April 7th they plan on reinstating it I can’t cancel Now I am not going to ever reinstate and contacting the Better business Bureau
Issue with picking your favorite team
There’s an issue with picking your favorite team after you login to your NFL account keeps saying there’s a problem with your account login later
Apple TV Version Unsatisfactory
Users should not be forced to re-authenticate every other week. It is less than convenient. Most other streaming services maintain user credentials for a much longer period of time. When watching a game via Replay, the touchpad on the remote is limited to 30 second increments when trying to fast forward or rewind. There shouldn’t be set increments when using the touchpad for navigation. Also, a click of the touchpad should be an alternate option for pausing and playing. It would also be nice if Replay could go back farther than 2009 into the NFL vault. At the very least, allow users to view some classic games on-demand.

This app sucks to begin with and it sends the dumbest notifications. Also, makes no sense you can’t airdrop.

Update: This app continues to disappoint me. The window navigation and hyperlinking causes articles to completely disappear if you click onto an in-app internal link. The cache does not save your recent activity, so the back button just takes you to the home page. This is so embarrassing. I am blown away by how poor this app is and how little the NFL cares about their consumers. Original review: This app isn’t just bad on iOS. It’s horrible everywhere. Even the web app is pitiful. I would be ashamed of myself if I was on the development team that built this app or if i had been in charge of resource allocation for this project. Every platform version of this app needs a total overhaul. Crashes and glitches everywhere. So unfortunate that I have to use it to watch my team sometimes.
Annoying
Buy NFL plus every button you click. The LAST app to update me about NFL breaking news. Click bait stories. But a decent interface to follow live scores. Other apps are better.

Tech difficulties left and right
Web platform is even worse. I pay way too much per month for it to tell me to subscribe (even though I already am subscribed to premium) and won’t let me watch. Sign in errors on top of it. About to unsubscribe because I can’t even access the content I pay for

This is legit thee WORST app I have ever used in my life. I use it on my TV at home, hardwired, with a 1GB speed internet. Every commercial break it freezes. I have a 65” tv, half the time the video comes in at 24” looking like tv from the early 2000’s. It’s always buffering and coming in at like 480p quality. I am so completely dissatisfied with this app I wonder why I pay for this?
Worthless App
Interesting notification pops up, app is out of date each week. Update app, notification gone can’t access what I wanted. Absolutely worthless app, need 40hrs a week freed just to update it to read anything

Password reset is a nightmare
I tried to access the app but i need to reset my password. I made sure my email was right to get a password email and i have not got anything in 24 hours. Super frustrating. Did it multiple times. Especially when trying to watch the NFL Combine. Nfl customer service let me down!

Not easy to discontinue. Filing help ticket now which shouldn’t be necessary. I’m sure I’ll receive prompt assistance lol.
Ongoing technical difficulties
Unable to open app, despite ongoing attempts to delete and re-download app. Customer support non-existent. After finally trying to request refund, they send me to AI chat that sends you in constant loop of: AI chat: asking what type of assistance is needed Me: requesting a refund AI chat: Explains criteria but offers no actual means of obtaining refund.
Shockingly bad
Been trying to cancel this for two months. The season is over and they are still charging me. You can’t get a person on the phone for this company. Plus the app is really weird and bad. It’s a nightmare don’t do it!
What happened to real football?
App is shotty at best, freezes or even with paying to watch games, you still can’t watch some of them so I’m done wasting $. The 2026 Super Bowl was absolute garbage, glad pats lost but the a.i. commercials and horrible halftime show made me lose most of my interest in the NFL. Even if my team were to win the superbowl 3X in a row, I’d still have no interest in football anymore specifically because of the god awful powderpuff rules and horrible choice for halftime

This app is trash. It's region locked. I couldn't watch the Lions play when I was in Hawaii. I could only watch West Coast games. Also, when I was in the Philippines for Christmas this app was completely useless. It wouldn't even let me watch the replays of completed games.
Cannot Cast on Lowest/Cheapest Tier
To me, that was not clearly advertised, that lowest tier cannot cast from iOS (any mobile device): one can only watch on phone/tablet, cannot cast to share on large screen (TV).
Fraud
I purchased a nfl + premium account and didn’t get access to my pc or tv only my phone terrible service don’t waste your time with them just get another streaming service -1 star.

The app kept charging me and then I wouldn’t have games that I wanted to watch available. Save time, and money and just go to your parents to watch the game, it works good until playoffs. Aka so what’s even the point.

Lackluster for the official app
Decent content but no way to find it. There is no search bar. There are no sections for the news. The NFL Films are mainly old and irrelevant. I’m frustrated right now because i have to go to Google and search for all the Senior Bowl content that NFL.com has (which isn’t much.) I have NFL+ Premium and I doubt i’ll be able to watch the Senior Bowl as a replay. If they add it to the site or app it’ll undoubtedly be unfindable.

We bought this to watch the NFL playoffs today. It is very disappointing that they do not allow the user to view on a large format TV under the base subscription. This is a poor decision. I won’t be back.

Love the game, hate the services. Promise a free trial but hide the fact it’s for phone/tablet only. Why is it so hard to watch a game these days
Avoid at all costs
NFL+ requires that you pay for monthly a subscription to their broadcast partners in addition to the monthly NFL+ fee in order to watch playoff games on anything other than mobile. Don’t bother. There are zero advtages to using this app.
No option to cast to a TV

The app is ok but it’s very pointless in having the app on the tv when you can’t even log in and watch it on the tv. I hate having to watch the games on my phone all the time. That QR code is another pointless step especially when I’m already signed into the app. If I wouldn’t be a football fan I would cancel my subscription
