Terrible App
This app just sucks. Sometimes it loads. Sometimes it doesn’t.
Terrible notifications
No email notifications. Notifications get buried so when urgent changes or messages occur there’s a chance you’ll miss it. No option to get email alerts - say when a practice is cancelled or changed last minute. If your email is registered with a team you WILL receive emails - but once you register for an account those go away and you only receive pop ups ONLY. Customer support confirmed this and just said “sorry”
Bug When Loading
The app takes forever to load on iOS 26.3.1. When it loads, the pages to view team schedules etc also take forever. I can’t even log into the website to submit a bug report. Can someone from the support team address this issue?
Garbage app
The fact that I have to pay monthly for this app and miss half the game because the video continues to pause is infuriating. Do better. What a garbage app.
Money grab
Grandparents used to watch but can’t now because you have to pay to watch live stream. They live in another state, so it was great until the money grab. Your response was the definition of a money grab. Someone needs to make another app so we can stop using this one.
GREEDY!!
Way to ruin a good thing. Your new pricing structure is criminal. We now have to pay more per month than we pay for Netflix to watch our kids play. I’m having all my teams move to Sideline HD.
