I have been trying to cancel this subscription but haven’t gotten a response yet. Why it doesn’t let you cancel is frustrating like they’re trying to make you keep paying for an app that you don’t even use

Cheating advertisement
In the app, fake photos of beautiful lady pretending to be users using this app… a bad smell of faking things up Asking for review within 1 minute, 1 star they take me to write email to them, 5 star they take me here to leave this review. Cannot be dodgier. App claims log blood pressure, you would think the app logs it? Nope you have to manually log it, why could this be even called a feature? They said they invented a stress index, by reading your camera, like a million apps can all do that. All in all, 0 credibility in helping users, with health? You cannot be serious.

Led me to believe I had a 3 day free trial to see if I liked the app. I was immediately charged 22.08 taken from my debit card in my phone wallet. I emailed and asked for a refund and they haven’t responded.

How do I know it’s done measuring??? Why doesn’t it move on to the stat table after measuring. I will unsubscribe.

I canceled my subscription, but I’m still being charged. I signed up thinking it was a free trial and made sure to cancel, so it’s very frustrating to continue seeing charges on my account. The app was not helpful for me and did not provide the value I expected. Because of that, I chose to cancel, and I believe the billing should have stopped.
Does not take BP
This does not take blood pressure. They lie . You must take it using other equipment then enter the number on this app. Waste of money

Do not download!! You have to pay just to do anything and you even have to pay to measure heart rate multiple times do not fall for the lying ads and evil moneys.

I just threw $50 out the window! I was under the impression, that this App would also check blood pressure, oxygen, etc. It doesn’t! You have to check all of that on your other devices, then record it to this App! Had I have known that, I would not have bought the subscription, because my Apple Watch does most of this, and I was looking for an App to check my B/P. I wish now that I would have chose the free trial option, but didn’t want to make monthly payments and pay more for the App.

I did a free trial and immediately was charged a $20.89 charge on my account I’m trying to get my money back but wouldn’t get if you don’t want to be charged during your free trial

Great over all concept but too expensive for what it does. Health apps like this should be free.

The app is forcing me to pay
For a little while this app helped me monitor my heart rate but I don’t have the money to spend $50 on the full version. I used to check it now and then but now I can’t get past the “buy full version” page
