I have been so scared of picking up Alzheimer’s and this helps the mind stay sharp ! My mother r.i.p. caught this sickness and one day she did not know who I was , the look in her eyes broke my heart. And I don’t want any of my children to pass through this . Lord please keep us mentally fit , please .
