Completely disappointed after purchasing this app. It shows me constantly sleeping throughout the night, even though I know I was awake to use the bathroom and let the dog out. my watch tracks me being awake during those periods, but this app shows no movement or noise. Yes I have the permission on for microphone and have turned on the sensors in the watch app. So disappointed with this purchase.

I've been using this app for years without issue. Almost a decade. However, I just received a notification to prompt me to get the premium version. I've been using this app all this time because it hasn't pestered me to do so.

They are slowly removing features and putting them behind a pay wall. I used to pay for this app, but had to temporarily cancel my subscription until i can afford to budget it. They removed the ability to have a "wake-up window" in the free version, so I guess I will be deleting the whole thing and not paying again in the future. I have recommended it to many people and it is disappointing to see them cutting corners wherever they have to squeeze people into paying. Otherwise it works fine.

I don't like keeping my phone next to me so I charge it across the room (so I stay off of it). It says this is available for a Tablet, however, when I try to download it on my tablet, I can't find it in Google Play. I already signed up for the free trial so I'm going to try it on my phone for at least tonight, but I REALLY want to use it on my Tablet. If I can't, I won't be purchasing.

I was not given a chance or warning before the year subscription kicked in. I wanted to test the app for longer than a month, especially over daylight savings, before I purchased. Today I, with no warning, had a charge for the next year.

They store all your health data encrypted (they can read it at any time) on their servers, and they may use it for legal requests (e.g. from police or government). They store your health data up to one year after you delete the app. You CAN'T simply request to delete your data, you need to be eligible to do it. Considering it's made in Sweden, this app is a privacy nightmare. Wake up.

I don't believe is it accurately tracking what is happening. I was up from 4am, on my phone, and it has me as deep sleep throughout.

Wildly inaccurate. I was just about to pay for the premium but thought I'd put it to the test. I video recorded my sleep and used the app at the same time. The app said I was I a deep sleep for 4 hours when I can see myself clearly not sleeping. I was a premium user for a year and had my doubts then my subscription ran out. Glad I followed my instincts. You should too

Not able to track your sleep correctly, it missed that I woke up during the night and went to toilet, the app registered this as me being asleep. The smart alarm is the only good feature in this app. You get it for free so don't bother buying the annual subscription.

doesnt detect noises it should detect. picks up other random noises despite adjusting settings. the support directed me to google play for a refund, but google play directed me back to sleepcycle. so disappointed with this app.

I used to love this app, but it scared me so bad I had a panic attack. my phone had low battery, so I plugged it in. this app KEPT going off about the low battery over and over even though it was plugged in. I finally had to turn it off because it was freaking me out so bad. now I can't sleep. I cancelled my premium because I can't have a sleep app that scares me. if it dies in the middle of the night, so be it. or maybe alerting just once is sufficient??

Hi there! This is an option you need to turn off yourself in settings! Go to profile > more > battery warning! This is a default precaution so that the phone does not die and therefore might cause you to oversleep but you can easily turn it off!

Have tried to use for a week now and only successfully managed to record sounds for one night, have tried all the recommended ways to get this to work but seems not to be optimised for Android (Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra) and Samsung watch 8 classic.

​The gentle alarm and sleep aids are great, but the tracker is ineffective. It cannot truly distinguish sleep from wakefulness, relying on guesses from the accelerometer and microphone. In my tests, it recorded me as "asleep" while I was awake or even out of bed, and failed to capture speech. The cycle tracking feels like a simple timer rather than analysis of actual sleep data. If you need a real tracker, look elsewhere; I encourage users to test the app for themselves and see the flaws.

In my experience, it does not capture awake times accurately, instead it assumes I was sleeping the whole time.

Lots of good things, but always says I'm asleep when awake! Hi app team, my app always thinks I've fallen asleep when I'm actually still awake which is throwing off my data. Anyway to retrain /override that?

I've slept very poorly recently & I downloaded this app to see if it might help. Unfortunately the tracker is just bad. I woke up many times last night, but the only one the app caught was when I fully gave up being in bed, grabbed my phone and went to the other room. Even though I tossed & turned while awake, or even tapped my phone screen to check the time, etc. No log of it. It's like this every night. Also their help docs are underdeveloped and the AI generated pics on their site are creepy.

stick to regular sleep tracking devices. very easy to start, but tracking isn't the greatest, if you sleep with a fan good luck on the snoring. my watch tracks all this and much much more. Finally got it to link to my Samsung watch and it's not even close. And after I went to cancel, it's hidden in the app, whereas all others are canceled from the play store. 1000% not worth the annual charge. Maybe 30 bucks a year and I'd keep it, maybe.

I like the smart alarm, but I don't find the sleep tracking to be at all accurate. Many nights I've woken up and even gone to the toilet, and it thinks I've slept the whole way through. Uninstalling.

This used to be pretty accurate but just lately it's so completely wrong it's like it's a night behind. Last night's sleep for instance, I went to sleep pretty quickly & didn't wake up much through the night, the night before I struggled to go to sleep & woke up regularly, according to this app I took an hour & a half to get to sleep last night but the night before I apparently nodded off after only 15 minutes! It's so different to the results on my phone's health app, so back to the default app

I love the idea, But sleep data is absolutely wrong compared to my Amazfit watch, it would be great if it can get integrated with the Zepp app and use sleep data from there or get installed in my watch and use sleep data from there directly
