Unfortunately the app does not record sounds anymore and the alarm does not go off anymore. Deinstalled, reinstalled, settings are correct but still doesn't work anymore. Any advise? Premium user

January 2026 App has given up tracking my sleep at all. reads as 0 movement through the night, smart alarm no longer works. I am now only using the app for the gentle alarm tone.

I like the smart alarm, but I don't find the sleep tracking to be at all accurate. Many nights I've woken up and even gone to the toilet, and it thinks I've slept the whole way through. Uninstalling.

I love the application, it is very helpful but could you make the subscription monthly instead of annually? I really want to avail the premium but I prefer to pay in smaller amounts. Thank you...

Absolutely desperately needs a way to edit the sleep session if you forget to hit "stop" when you wake up. A night where you "slept" for ~23 hours ruins all the stats, and only option is to delete entirely.

There are so many things missing, I have no idea how this has such a high rating. There is no way to edit your sleep if the record is inaccurate, it doesn't recognize noises from pets, and there's no way to use both the microphone and accelerometer to track sleep. So it didn't notice when my cat came in screaming and woke me up. It also says I woke up for a few minutes when I was wide awake and playing on my phone for nearly an hour in the middle of the night. But I can't change the record.

The alarm might be okay, but sleep tracking itself really doesnt work well enough (or scoring doesnt). im waking up multiple times but it doesnt detect, or even if it does cause i check the time on the phone, it gave me a sleep score of 92? And it keeps doing that the entire week while im sleeping horribly lol

it works but doesn't account for long sleepers (2% of the population) not very useful for those people since their cycles are longer and they may want to lengthen the wake up phase from 30 minutes to 1 hr.

Asking me to want to pay for something or even as a trial before I've even used it? No free option? Instant uninstall.

This used to be pretty accurate but just lately it's so completely wrong it's like it's a night behind. Last night's sleep for instance, I went to sleep pretty quickly & didn't wake up much through the night, the night before I struggled to go to sleep & woke up regularly, according to this app I took an hour & a half to get to sleep last night but the night before I apparently nodded off after only 15 minutes! It's so different to the results on my phone's health app, so back to the default app

Loser app ! They would have told earlier that they need money for things to perform. Guys no need to install this useless app. For what you're installing, it doesn't even work for that they need money just after installation.

Used to love this app but now every feature is behind a paywall. Honestly app was decent but not worth any money.

the whole app is largely an ad for their premium membership so dont bother if you want any of the actually interesting features, probably better off just using a stopwatch.

they should add more sounds for free eg. the longer you sleep you unlock sounds from that night for free or you can bank them to get points and just maybe get premium

It didn't really track anything during the free trial week. I have cancelled subscription on day two. They still tried to charge me for a yearly subscription. Luckily it was on my specific card exactly for these "free trials". So no money gone and future transactions blocked. You are not getting my money, even though you sure tried.

Now possible to cancel the subscription through the app - there is no such option. What a shame. Had to use Google support to cancel it.

I love the non-premium as a simple alarm. It has such calming alarms to wake up to. However, occasionally it doesn't work. I use the fixed time wakeup, and this morning I looked at my phone and it was 4 minutes after the alarm was set for but it hadn't gone off. I tapped on the app and then the alarm went off. This is a recurring issue, and I always set a backup alarm for days it is important for me to wake on time. This issue is random but a severe issue for an alarm. Never trust this alarm.

make some more features free otherwise 5 stars

I have used this app every night for years and had intended to continue doing so, however, I have just switched to a new phone and went to open the app, but it will not allow me use it at all (even the free parts) without making an account. I was pretty sure I don't have one, but double checked the original one on my old phone and there is definitely no account logged in on it and never has been. I have now downloaded a different app that I can use without having to create an account and login.

Initial impression is it is atrocious at detecting actual sleep.

Pay for most of the features at a ridiculous price...the way everything is expensive now I think it's ridiculous to not have an option at the very least to just buy the app permanently...instead you have just a continuous yearly subscription, not worth it! Plus, the app opens up in the background of my phone...if I don't open the app, the app should not be open!

good overall app. paid subscription gives you all access. worst experience when running on low battery mid night as it will WAKE YOU UP no matter what with a very loud alarm in the middle of your sleep.

Having over 3000 nights recorded, it's a great app, and I have the Founders Premium on Apple. Unfortunately, I can't share my premium across to Android, and the subscription fees are ridiculous.

I love the idea, But sleep data is absolutely wrong compared to my Amazfit watch, it would be great if it can get integrated with the Zepp app and use sleep data from there or get installed in my watch and use sleep data from there directly

Nice app and all. Just think you guys are missing a trick. Most legacy sleep tracking on wearables is a bit inaccurate... You should develop the app for Android Wear. I mainly have unsubscribed because I don't wish to leave my phone on throughout the night. If the full app experience was available on watches, I'd keep using it.

I don't do rip-off subscriptions. I am more than willing to purchase the app once, but not over and over again.
