You used to be able to choose different narrators for the guided meditations, and I liked that. Now it seems there's only one option, at least for all the meditations I tried. A few of the meditations also won't play, saying my internet connection is too slow. Also, I had to go through a long questionaire after opening the app on a new device, even though I already had an account, and the answers didn't seem to affect anything anyway, just like with many other similar apps.

it was on of my favourites until a few weeks ago. the music part of the app just stopped working. I got really good night's sleep when it worked. ive reinstalled the app but it still wont work.

I wanted to give 4 stars, but unfortunately the journaling is so broken I just can't. The three starts are for the other features. You cannot copy and paste into the journal book, or if you've made an entry you cannot copy your entry. It does not help with grammar like punctuation or spelling, it could really be designed better. But the meditation and workshops are really great, 5 stars for those. Until they update the journaling part I will be using a different journal.

The guided meditations and affirmations are well organised, and that aspect of the app works very well. But as others have mentioned, the journalling function seems glitchy. I find that longer entries tend to turn black and vanish. It feels quite invalidating for the app to seemingly just erase your words. I've decided not to renew my subscription since this issue is a dealbreaker for me, and it's been a persistent irritation.

I think this is a good app to express myself and let others know how I'm feeling and not keep it to myself all the time. I'm confident using my keyboard online, and the music that plays in the background is soothing. I like to play games and I have nobody to play them with. I go solo.

Pretty interesting but I noticed that in the mental health section it is incredibly lacking, mostly catering towards adhd, one thing of autism, and not much of anything else. And I'm the LGBTQ area it seems that in the "dealing with gender dysphoria" is a picture of Lilytino, a not so great woman..

This app has helped me a lot. There is a recent problem I experience sometimes. It automatically logs out, and then I have to sign in again, and the app lags more often, and it disturbs my meditation moments and concentration.
