Sound issue (like Alex Waters' review Jul '25) 😢 The sound only plays via the (v quiet!) speaker used during calls, not the main speakers I listen to podcasts, mp3 files and other apps (e.g BBC Sounds) with, so is effectively useless. Bluetooth speakers & earphones also don't work - if connected they're ignored. It's disappointing to see reviews complaining of the same issue 6 months ago, yet it still persists. I have not experienced this problem with any other app!
The sound is too low. This is case for my phone speaker, headphones and Bluetooth speakers. Without sound what is the pint of this app?

Hi Tan, thanks for sharing this, so sorry to hear that some people are having a problem with the sound. Of course this app needs the sound to work and we are addressing this asap! Do reach out if there is more we can help with. Hopefully we can fix this soon (affecting only some users) and you can continue to use the app
