I was excited to try this app on the recommendation of an old friend. While it loads on my tablet, when I try to open if on my Samsung S10+ & take my breaths while the app loads the content, it constantly gives me the "Oops!" message. I have uninstalled & reinstalled this twice now yet the problem persists. Any suggestions please? I'd very much like to begin on this pathway.
It used to work fine, but I'm having a problem lately where the App just says 'There was a problem downloading new content ' and won't open. is it just me? 🤔 I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App several times.
