After downloaded I get notifications ,it's downloaded 50+ file or documents I am afraid of that again uninstalled

Some free bog standard stuff.Rest behind a paywall as usual.Just a cash grab app with little help with anything.Designed too make them money instead of help

My app language has just turned into Spanish by itself and there is no Language and Region settings that I can find to change it back to English. Please help.

To change the language back to English, please go to the 'Programs' menu within the app. At the very bottom of the page, you should find the language settings and change it to English. I've been using this app for years now. Unfortunately, there isn't much free guided meditations and they recently changed some sounds to premium. It has become useless is you're not ready to pay.

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. In addition to free content, we regularly set up events to give you access to our paid content for free. For example, until August 15th, 10 sessions from the paid-for programs (summer compilation) are free. I will nevertheless forward your feedback with the whole team so they can be aware of it. - Anais
