I am switching from 4 stars to 5 stars because of the update development and it's great how the app is still developing new things and I hope I can see more progress in the future The free version is all that I need so far I might Switch to premium after I hit my first goal

I've found this app helpful in teaching a rank beginner how to count calories. It is easy to use, adapt and copy recent entries which is reallly handy.

This is a best intermittent fasting app I've ever used for my weight loss purpose.
I just started, but this has kept me in track of what I eat on the daily! Usually I would eat so much daily, but this has helped me keep in track pf my food intake, it has helped me not to eat too much.

Used a few years ago and it worked for me and I lost quite a bit of weight - when I got to my desired weight I stopped using it - have started putting on weight again so I am back - paid for the premium version - I could do 16/8 without the app but it keeps me accountable and the premium version has some useful additional features - would be great if it synced 2 way with Fitbit which I use also
