Absolutly love this App! Wish I could give it 10 stars. I love my irl yoga classes but having this app has been so good for my mental health. I love how its not limited to just yoga, lots of different wellbeing classes like meditations, breathing excercises and soundbaths. Its like gaving a wellbeing hub available 24 hours a day for whenever I need, where ever I need. After a traumatic time in 2022, I have found this app life changing for me & reminds me to set aside time for myself. I love it!
Wonderful yoga app. I have tried a few different ones, but hannahs style combines a variety of classes, and always brings the focus back to breath. There are a great selection of classes, guest teachers and meditations. Hannah and the admin team are also active in the community feature giving the whole platform a real community feel. Definitely recommend!

I am a new subscriber to the Yoga Happy app and am finding it easy to use. I like the variety of practices available, making it easy to select a class for however I am feeling that day, be that a flow, breathwork, mobility, meditation or something else. I find Hannah's style of teaching inspiring as well as enjoyable and I find her cues helpful and easy to understand. I would recommend this app.
Absolutely love this yoga app. Hannah is such a great teacher who gives excellent cues. I really feel my yoga practice has come on and I'm feeling stronger and better mentally.
After being a yogi for 7 years I had fallen into a rut doing the same few routines and just going through the motions. After completing the 14 day Mobility Unleashed challenge it has certainly unleashed something inside me, reminding me why I do yoga and why it is so much more than an exercise class. The physical and mental pay off is without compare and on completing the 14 day challenge, I searched the app for the next one. With so many options to fit your life I would recommend to everyone!
Absolutely love this app! Soooo much content, suitable for everyone; from beginners to advanced yogis. Short classes if you're stuck for time, longer classes if you're not, breathwork, meditations...it honestly has it all. Its easy to navigate, beautifully presented and has a search bar if you're looking for something specific. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this app. Worth every penny and more! I have just completed the mobility flow course which I loved! I loved having more conscious awareness around my transitions and range of movement. I was able to find postures where I feel strong and areas I now know I need to put a little more attention onto. Thank you Hannah 😊
I've been practicing yoga for many years and during a tough time needed something to get me back into the daily practice and provide inspiration, Hannah does that and a lot more. The app has lots of content, adding new stuff frequently. Hannah has a great style that balances a focus on functional mobility, traditional yoga principles and also creative flows. Many class combos, streak tracking, reminders+ a community truly help make yoga a daily habit that's sustainable. Love the challenges too!
Joined the Yoga Happy community at the beginning of January. After many years of not practicing its reignited my love for yoga. Love the challenges. Hannahs instruction is clear, the classes are easy to follow and I like that she gives you various options depending on what level you're at. Also really enjoy the guided meditation. Hopefully with daily practice I'll regain some strength and flexibility!
This has been such a calm place to unwind for the past 3 years! The challenges in the app have pushed me to branch out and try so many new poses and really focused the ones I've already had in my practice. Really look forward to the positive energy quotes that show up each day as well. Always love the readings at the end of the class as well.

Hannah is the best teacher I've had. She gives detailed instructions on what muscles to engage and how to do that so that you work the correct area in your body. This information has always been missing in previous classes with other teachers and it's quite easy to relax into a pose and not challenge yourself. Her prompts on how to stabilise yourself in balancing poses have been invaluable. I feel that I've really improved my practice since joining yoga happy😍😍 I'm loving this app❤️❤️❤️
This is such an incredible app. As a beginner I am absolutely loving it having started with the beginner 7day challenge. It is challenging indeed but exciting too. I can feel myself stronger already after 7 days and excited to continue this practice. Hannah makes yoga so accessible and indeed very happy. Thankyou Hannah for helping a beginner to find her feet and ground them x
Not only is Hannah an amazing yoga teacher, this is also such a brilliant app which has so clearly been well thought through. There are search functions to find the class you need right at that moment, be it a quick 10 minutes or a long session to focus on your shoulders. Hannah is so thoughtful when dealing with beginners, always giving an easier option to try. In doing that I've built up strength to try some of the tougher moves as well! She delivers yoga classes the way they should be done 🙂
I have been using this app for over a year, but have used several apps before. This is by far the best. Hannah will give you different levels of difficulty making it accessable to all. She talks you through how to properly do the poses, and there are lots of challenges within the app for you to do. Thank you so much Hannah. You make it so much easier to show up each day and try my best.

Love this app so much. There is so much content it's well worth the money. I used to do free yoga lessons on YouTube but thought I would give this a go on the free trial. I love the feature that adds up the time you spend practicing so even if you only practice 15mins a day it gives me a boost to see how much I've done over a week or month.
Absolutely love this app. The way it is presented and the content in the app is amazing. I've downloaded the app a month ago and I'm so pleased that I bought it. I've recommended it to some friends and I've really enjoyed the challenges!

Love this app and am so enjoying all of the classes I have done so far. The support (both from Hannah + Breakthrough) is brilliant. Absolutely first class. Very quick response to my query/problem which was sorted promptly. The update which allows you to watch on your laptop is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Hannah's app!
Hannah is an awesome teacher! She's very good at simplifying yoga moves and explaining them. I love her app as it has classes to suit everyone and you can focus on particular themes etc.

So many classes to choose from, all different lengths which I enjoy. Also really love the breathwork and meditation section
I've only been using this app for a couple of weeks but I already love it. The classes arefor all skill levels & various lengths. I'm a complete beginner & the way Hannah talks through all the exercises is so easy to follow. In the past with yoga or pilates I've been lost quickly because I feel like I'm breathing at the wrong time. Hannah guides you through this in a way that doesn't distract from the moves, all the while being encouraging but not patronising. I'm really enjoying these classes.
I'm physically disabled & this is the first ever app with sets of yoga workouts I can actually access & follow. I love how Hannah encourages you to take your time & talks through modifications!

This app is amazing! It's the only at home yoga practice I've ever stuck with. There are so many different videos and a filter, which makes it really easy to find something to support what your body and mind needs each time you come to it. Hannah is a wonderful teacher and I love how much of the 'mind' part of yoga she brings into it too. I feel much stronger and calmer after using the app this past year and it's helped with particular areas too - like my sore 'working from home' neck/shoulders.

After years of practicing yoga, Ive found the perfect teacher to be guided by! Amazing app, with lots and lots of different classes, adapted to everyone and every moment. I recommend it without a doubt, once you try it you'll understand!
The app and content are perfect for building a yoga practice at home! Hannah has created so many different classes, with a variety of focuses, intensities, and duration, so I can always find something that fits my schedule. The app is easy to use and organized, and I LOVE the ability to easily cast to my TV. Two thumbs up!

I have been doing Hannah's youtube yoga videos for some time and decided it was time to check out her app and.. WOW! I love it! There is a variety of yoga flows and trainings you can do that work all different parts of your body. She is also really great at giving you reminders and tips throughout the exercise without it being "too much" talking. Her quotes at the end of the flows really help set my week up right. I can't wait to keep practicing with her!

I love the Mandala flows, they are some of my favorites!! I love how creative all the sequencing is in all of her flows! The cues and reminders are so helpful in remembering alignment. So much to choose from - you will Not get bored with any of Hannah's flows. I love how I feel after Ive done a practice with Hannah on her app. Thank you for teaching and sharing your talents!!

I have been following Hannah for quite a while now and I finally started using the app a month ago. It has been such a great experience to bring yoga back into my life and Hannah is a great yoga teacher, with great knowledge about the human body, helping you to get stronger and healthier and feel good in your body after sitting on a chair the whole day. I also love how soothing her voice is and meditations are great! The only 'bad' thing is some videos are low volume for me, but still good enoug

I always love love Hannah! Have been practicing from watching her YouTube videos and insta videos. Practicing with her is amazing and her voice makes me feel calmer. As a physician, I recommend her videos to my patients as well! Absolutely inspiring 🙌👏 I highly recommend using the Hannah Barrett Yoga app! It has fiery challenges as well as calming practices! Absolutely user friendly app!

I love this app. Not only are there a ton of options and variety for the subscription service but there are even free classes if you aren't able to go that route. After doing a class I actually cried because I felt so much stress melt away. I've definitely found a new "me time" activity. Thanks for making an inclusive yoga app. ❤

Incredible! Hannah is a wonderful instructor. I was ready to take it to the next level after a year of basic yoga I did through YouTube. Hannah's practices are challenging but I can absolutely do them and I leave feeling strong and refreshed. She helped me improve so many postures through her guidance. Highly recommend!

The app is user friendly and the content is absolutely brilliant! Feels like you're in a class with Hannah. Her flows and drills are so thoughtfully structured and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. Being a yoga teacher myself, there are days where you don't want to think of your self practice and just follow another teacher - she fills that space for me beautifully! I highly recommend it - it's a free app and has free classes!
