I like this app but I paid for a premium subscription and got a new phone so I had to redownload the app. Upon doing so, because there is no way to sign in, it started me over and I have no access to my paid subscription. There is also no way to contact anyone through the app.

Money hungry, I just started using the app and the moment I tried to do the 4th pose it wants me to pay, so I can't continue what I'm doing. I wish this was completely free. Why should I pay to do yoga poses, that makes no sense.
I changed from from iPhone to Pixel. My paid plan did not transfer over. I have sent emails but they have failed to respond.

I have tried multiple times to contact in regards to an existing subscription without any response back. There is no contact if you need help, so be careful if you plan to use this platform. They will take your money, but not be there to communicate when needed.

Once again another great app has ruined itself by introducing a pay wall. The app was perfect when it was free, even with the ads. Now you have to have a membership for everything. Trash.

Tired of apps like these that let you download for free and let you think there is a non subscription option you go through the whole set up then it asks you to pay. I don't need another subscription but maybe I would consider it if I was aware upfront instead of wasting my time.
I think I have been cheated. Now I did not subscribe to any plan yet you had the audacity to take money from my account when I do not even use this app. That is daylight robbery and is unacceptable. If there is a way I could recover the amount that you took without my permission please I would appreciate it.
