i get that apps like this need a certain amount of info for pose recommendations and w/e, but this one asks for way too much imo. also requires an account signup before you can even try it
Head to the knee pose completely wrong. Have you accidentally deleted and replaced with wheel pose images?
Update: Poses often don't match up to description. Head to the knee with video of the wheel. Confusing and possibly dangerous for some. Annoying setup/sign in procedure with unnecessary questions at start. Difficult to see transition and poses before countdown begins as it's greyed out. Then when countdown starts model is already in pose so you have to wait to see transitions. Apart from that a good app to practice yoga with.
Will there ever be a day when we don't see an incredibly thin, white-appearing woman as the model for a yoga app?
Did not work. It asked for my email and wanted to sync, what ever that means and why? Also to many questions. I ended up deleting the app and found a different app.
Might be a great app but you do a long information test (about five minutes) and then app tells you that they have a plan for you if you pay monthly/yearly. Waste of time it should be opposite.
I didn't even finish signing up. It asks you what your body shape is: options were hourglass (the skinny choice), rectangle (with a "skinny fat" visual), and lightbulb (the biggest choice). Also asks what part of your body you want to focus on with arms, belly, butt, and thighs as an option. Unnecessary. "How long are you willing to commit?" with shame-y answers and "How motivated are you?" are required. Doesn't seem like a very healthy outlook to promote, and very off-putting.
