I was given a big hype about this, but I can't afford the costs 🙁
The app itself is great, a variety of classes and engaging instructors. Good luck canceling your subscription. I canceled in 2022 once I was able to attend in-person classes at a local yoga studio. PayPal notified me a week ago, that my auto-enrollment was processed for 2024. Yoga Download customer support informed me that it's my responsibility to cancel the auto-payments from my PayPal account. That is not a standard business practice and it's bad customer service.
I have used YDL for years. I absolutely love the classes. However the technical side is a nightmare, the error message no internet pops up during a class and cuts the class off. Incredibly frustrating. I have had to reinstall the app multiple times and each time I do I have to go and try and find all my favourite classes they never show up in my downloads.
Downloading classes is problematic. It used to work smoothly. Often it complains there is no Internet when it's clearly accessible. Please fix, it's annoying.
